Dismantling floor hearth wall tilling incl CM (bedding but not backing), removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for anti-skid premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 7-8 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 6-8 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. (Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green

Applying three coat of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material of approved quality for sunken portion treatment all as per manufacturer instructions and providing 200micron thick polythene film over 85/25 grade bitumen layer @ 0.5 kg/ sqm all as specified

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.
