Dismantaling floor hearth or wall tiling/china moisac including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, including removal debris material out of Defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm,450x350 or 350x250mm or 300x600mm 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in skirting, dados in vertical surfaces etc and including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour vetrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick, in LIGHT SHADE, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and labour for vitriefied ceramic tiles 10mm thick LIGHT SHADE(square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as dados/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slury and in coloured cement to match Coloured on incl plaster (backing coat) 1:4 CM 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granite (of any type ) 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps , jambs, pilllars, window cill, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2)using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in counter type WHB platform etc. to the entire satsfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.
