Manning and operation of Electrically Operated Automatic Passenger Lift of Holiday Home including cleaning, providing trouble free uninterrupted service (number of shift and timing of shift for operation subject to change as per ground requirement and will be as directed by engineer in charge). Operation consists of three shift in a day as detailed below (each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Operation consists of three shift in a day as detailed below (each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Operation consists of three shift in a day as detailed below (each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Applicable to Srl No. 1, 2 and 3 above:

Operational timing shall be as directed by Engineer in charge as on ground requirement. Operating operational timing and shifts may be changed as on requirement at any time by the Engr-in-Charge.

The contractor shall be responsible to keep the installations neat and clean every day including 10 mtrs all around the installation and of areas around passenger lift surrounding (Consumables items for cleaning like Cleaning agent, soap, duster, broom, mop etc including T&P required for minor wear/ tear/ minor repair etc shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor)

Proper log sheet for running of the DG Set shall be maintained complete all as specified.

Carryout weekly checkup of electrical panels installed and Intimate to Engr-in-Charge immediately for any defects /break down/repairs required complete all as specified and directed.

Carryout tightening of nuts & bolts of installation and connected items, replace where ever required, applying gland packing and greasing complete all as specified and directed.

Operator will be in Proper dressed during duty time i.e. overall combination of grey/navy blue colour, protective clothing, protective shoes , mask, gloves, required for maintenance and operation shall be arranged by the contractor within the overall cost quoted against the item .No extra amount shall be paid separately on this account complete all as specified and directed. If any operator is found without uniform the openalty @ Rs. 100/- per shift shall be imposed on the contractor

Safety devices as per latest IS shall be arranged by the contractor for his labour deployed in maintenance and operation work. Also necessary T&P required while working shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, no extra amount shall be paid by the Dept. on this account.

Register, Log sheet and other stationery items required for record of DG Set plant/ lift manning and operation details etc shall be provided by the contractor within the overall cost quoted against the item.

First aid box consisting of all reqd medicine as per norms to be provided by the contractor within the overall cost quoted against the item. A penalty of Rs.300/- per day will be deducted per installations if the requirement is not adhered to.

A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per shift will be deducted in the case of absence by any operator (FGM) in any shift fromany of the installation.

DHPP (N) shall be issued by the department free of cost for use for DG Set operation. However, the contractor shall arrange at his own resource for carrying of fuel from MT Storeyard to Holiday Home/ Command Officer Mess and others as specified above. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include this aspect and nothing shall be paid by the department in this regard.

The minimum wages as published by Govt of India and State authorities shall be applicable for payment to the operators. The higest rate shall be paid to the operators from the Minimum Fair Wages Order as circulated by Central and State Govt. in the respective category of labour and revised rates shall be paid to the operator as and when the rates are revised by the concerned authorities. Necessay proof of payment shall be made available to the Engr-in-Charge as and when demanded. In case any complaint is received from the operator regarding delay or non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor, the GE being principal emploer shall directly pay to the operator for the work done by him in the given month on account of contractors default and the same shall be deducted from contractors pament.

AMC of Elevator, Make: Kone Elevator India Pvt. Ltd. (08 passenger capacity) Model No 40184140. The maintenance shall be carriedout by Kone Elevator India Pvt. Ltd. Only, on all fortnightly/ quarterly setting and testing of lift operation at all the levels of building, from top floor to ground floor and from ground floor to top floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Contractor will provide AMC agreemenrs by KONE Elevator India Pvt. Ltd. for a period of 11 Months and submit the same to the department without delay soon after acceptance of tender.
