Providing & Fixing of Stainless steel Sink of size 24 x 18 inch on the granite platform including SITC of Elbow Operated Tap having cold and hot water mixer including soap dispenser, fittings, cutting and accessories ,labor cost etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and making the RCC counter slab of thickness 60mm and having 750mm depth along the wall including concreting M20 Mix (1:1.5.3),single mat reinforcement of size 10mm dia 200mm c/c distance as per site condition including centering and shuttering etc. And providing the brick work of thickness 115mm support to the RCC counter at interval of 1.5 m distance wherever required including plastering and putty and paint finishing etc .complete all aspects to make the surface complete finishing. Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing ,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing in position 450mm deep overhead wooden cabinets of required size made of 18mm thick BWP ply of approved make of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters and 6mm thick BWP ply of approved make at back of cabinet. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabinet including anti termite treatment, wooden lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes,having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls with finishing with plaster and putty etc.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
