S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter With wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, divided into squares and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. with rebated sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters and provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24(b); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 12mm thick frosted type toughened glass door with logo (as/ if Required), each shutter mounted on Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty with and including 300mm long Stainless steel handles 2 Nos in each shutter, 1 No stainless steel 6-lever Mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 250 mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 100 mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of exposed powder coated GI snap grid frame work (600x600 mm) for false ceiling comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with suspended hangers of 2 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to any type of roof by means of ceilling cleats with and including Supply & fixing/ laying/ inserting of pre-painted (white) 4mm thick designer classic E-boards (595x595 mm) to GI frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of solid PVC wall panneling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of laminated PVC Kitchen Cabinet of 300mm depth made out of 18mm thick one side decorative lamination & other side white lamination sheet & provision of shelves and shutters made out of 18 mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet including all required brackets, SS screws, SS knobs, SS Handles, etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90º edge bent finish, completer all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- Only front face shall be measured and paid.)

All as per Item No. 32 here-in-above, but for PVC Kitchen Cabinet of 610mm depth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi-corrugated (trapizoidal profile) steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, including dismantling existing old damaged steel framed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ one side of lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces/ other side of lathing, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of super strong water proof tape having high polymer synthesis butyl glue suitable for roof leakage, surface cracks, tank leakage, sealing in door/ window gaps, etc. of 100mm wide, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 350x 250x 7/ 300x 450x 7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like above 20mm thich bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including dismantling of existing old damaged stone slab of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any shade over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
