M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5Cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of fixing of flat iron with chain link fencing at top and bottom in horizontal direction with staples/ steel pins etc.

S&F plain mild steel bar in fencing work of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors, gates of angle iron, flat iron or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, hold fast, pin and pintol hinges, sliding bolt etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides ) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise descsribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of new or untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not exc.10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing of any size of mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel farmed work as in stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc.complete complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, hollow sections or tee sections, fixed independently/ framed, with/without out connecting plates, etc. using Fe-410-W(Gde-E250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe-410-W(Gde-E250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 75mm thick plain cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. not exc 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for drilling holes in RCC structure at the interval of 1 mtr and pack the NRV nozzle with Sika Monotop-108 Water Plug IN or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer ready to use rapid-setting, waterproof cement mortar. After injection, cut the nozzle and pack with Sika Monotop -108 Water Plug IN or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer ready to use, rapid- setting waterproof cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grouting into nozzle with low viscos moisture intensive high strength epoxy resin grout with Sikadur-55 LP IN or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer two-part, low viscousity, moisture intensive injection liquid @ 0.50 Kg/hole, based on high strength epoxy resin specifically formulated for dry or damp crack sealing (confirms to ASTM C881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class F) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning all surfaces inside the UG water storage sump with wire brush or Nylon brush, water-pressure, clearing all loose particles removing from the surfaces and applying the following in sequence:-

(a) After cleaning the surface, all the pipes packed with Sika grout and periphery of pipe pack with Sikadur-694 F(I) or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer and applying solvent free epoxy resin resin based putty (confirming to ASTM C882) for corners cobbing (b) Priming coat with Sika Raintite I or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer, (c) Enhancing the properties of mortar, concrete, grout or cement slurry with acrylic polymer emulsion for in ratio 1:2:4 (Chemical:Water:Cement); (d) Corner cobbing and repair cracks with repair mortar in ratio 1:4:10:40 (Chemical:Water:Cement:Sand:Stone Dust as per required) (e) After repairing and corners cobing applying the primimg on the whole surface and laying fibre mesh (f) Applying first coat of two component SikaTop-109 Seal IN (High performance flexible acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating) or equivalent make asapproved by Accepting Officer & second coat after 6 to 8 hours or next day with two component SikaTOP-109 Seal IN (High Performance fleible acrylic cementitius waterproofing coating) or equivalent make asapproved by Accepting Officer (g) Ponding tests will be done after 7 days after completion of work

M&L for for applying epoxy resin protective coating water based, solvent free, odorless, food grade (USFDA 175.300 1st April 2017) complete all specified and directed. Make :Sikagard-67 or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description.

M&L for stainless steel framed work as in ladders confirming to 304 Grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel plates (plain), channels, angles, square cut or notched forming holes, without any attachment including hinges as in valve pit coverplate and necessary arrangements, drilling, welding, etc., confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A including removing old rusted cover plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 ((using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing sludge and cleaning inside of the sump and washing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on concrete surface wall, ceiling etc incl. raking outs joints hacking for key scrubbing with water including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick masonry or concrete wall surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer 's instruction, finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, ointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), ncluding making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), includingmaking drainage opening wherever equired complete all as specified and directed.
