Cleaning of sewage lines internal dia of pipe 150mm which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes manually or by sewage cleaning machine without causing any damage to sewage line / manholes manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines internal dia of pipe 100mm which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes manually or by sewage cleaning machine without causing any damage to sewage line / manholes manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks, soakage well of any capacity and manholes by Desludging / dewatering including inlet/ outlet chambers, removing out all scum, silt, residuals sludge (both organic and inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the purpose by local municipality, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of any type of wc (Indian/pedestal) from WC pan to Ist manhole in single storied bldg including resetting/ refitting of asccess door in soil pipe where opened without causing any damage to the wc pan 'P' or 'S' trap and pipe including fitting complete all as speciffied.

Cleaning of blockage of any type in Nahani trap provided in bath room, kitchen and indoor waste water pipe of kitchen sinks and WHB and removing all the sludge and foreign material from the trap and waste pipe from blocked trap to gully trap/ surface drain wherever opened or without causing any damage to the trap and pipe complete all as speciffied.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slop for laying pipe, concrete bed manhole etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe and concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil including spreading levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplas materials to a distance exc 50 m but n.exc 100 m and depositing where directed a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed with collars in CM 1:1 complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition or breaking up 150 mm dia drain pipe including fittings of any desciption in any position and removing rubbish upto a distance of n. exc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 m bore of pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in CM and removing rubbish upto a distance of n exc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM 1:4 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work internal faces in manhole in CM 1:4 using WPC as per manufacturer instruction incl finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will measured and paid seperately.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even & fair in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr Fixit or as equivalent as per make list.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending,spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia MS round bar as in handle for cover slabs and other similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of any description, removal of debris to beyond MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab with plain fair faces and set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks Exc 500 Ltrs but n exc 1000 Ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from water tanks of capacity exc 500L but n.exc 1000L and from mouths of circulating pipe and other connetced parts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water 500 ltr Capacity storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mmdia . (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s).Including taking down existing water tank and float valve complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water 1000 ltr Capacity storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mmdia . (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s).Including taking down existing water tank and float valve complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm dia and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s )

S&F PVC (SWR) branch bends any radius 110mm bore of pipe in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex or as per make list as approved.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or floors in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&L in repair 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Vitreous China Squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests with cast iron P or S trap, front or back inlet, complete all as specified including provision of concrete, making connectios to trap and to flush pipe and making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Parryware and equivalent as per make list.

S&F PVC flushing cistern low level of capacity of 10 ltr, white, valve less symphonic action type complete with inlet ball valve float and handle or Push button type including brackets and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete, all as specified and directed. Make: Prayag/ Polytuf or equivalent as per make list.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 5,990.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
