SITC of Steel tabular poles as per 410 SP 15 with base plate of size 1.5’x1.5’ x 8 mm with GI rod for earthing , painting , cement bottoming etc

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation ncluding excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Above 6.5 metre and upto metre 8 Mtr

Supply and laying of ACSR Rabbit conductor 0.05 with jumpering and termination works.

S/L of Cable 3.5 core 150 Sq mm Al armoured with termination works etc with J Hooks , shackle etc and laying on OH Poles

Supply and laying of folowing size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground 75mm below level including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc , complete as required.

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of outdoor type compartmentalized feeder pillar having front area not less than 0.60 Sqmtr (900 mm x 1200 mm) and depth 45 Cm (NS) made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with tappered roof having separate cable and bus bar alley, 1 door arrangement i/c locking arrangement, having 400 Amp four pole aluminium bus bar of full length with base frame made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm (thick) angle iron having 80cm legs for erection in ground with construction of cement concrete suitable foundation size complete with connections and interconnections with copper conductor PVC insulated cables/ insulated aluminium busbar strips of appropriate size and terminal blocks (on outgoing) including supplying & fixing following switchgears & accessories there in, powder coating, labelling, earthing etc. complete as required. Providing and fixing following accessories in existing cubical panel board i/c making connection etc. as reqd. For 100 KVA Sub station with 600 A Bus Bar Al 4 Strip. Details as under Panel Powder Coated 2.0mm MCCB 250 A 4P 50 kA , 2 No. Bus Bar 1000A with handle extender type for MCCB Digital V,A,F, PF Meter Class 1.0 L&T 2 No.CT 600/5 AE 2 Set Spreader Terminals For DU MCCB 1 Set , , Panel Accessories like nut bolts, locks, etc , Cement concrete works as needed.

Supplying and erection of galvanised 'D'/Muky iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (75 mm X 90 mm),G. I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required.

Supply and painting of each Pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint (@ 1 ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1 ltr/pole aluminium paint)

S/l of Guy with turn buckler and Guy insulator etc, 8 SWg twisted GI wire laid in cement concrete . Complete job in all respects.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site work and all extra charges including dewatering if any during the execution of work till complete in all respects.
