SPL REPAIR TO DAMAGED STREET LIGHTS, POLES, CABLE, LT PANELS AND ALLIED WRKS AT AHRR UNDER GE E/M RR HOSP. DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down of old rusted /unsv MS swaged street light pole of 9/11 mtr height ( approx distance 40-45mtr) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully without damaging and refixing of serviceable LED Street light fitting & LED tricolor strips wrapped to the pole 90/120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type retrieved from the old unsv street light poles including fixing arrangemnts such as reducer, nut, bolt & washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

SITC of hot dip galvanized octagonal pole of 6.0 metre height, having 130 mm bottom dia, 70 mm top dia and 3 mm thick section, complete with 200 mm PCD base plate of size 200 x 200 x 12 mm, anti-theft strip and welded octagonal window cover, including foundation accessories comprising 04 Nos GI foundation bolts M20 x 600 mm with nuts, washers and templates, 250 mm wide anti-theft strip, 500 mm bracket suitable for single luminaire mounting, 6 Amp SP MCB with pole mounted separator, excavation of pit size not less than 600 mm x 600 mm x 1200 mm depth and RCC foundation (M20 grade) incl form work as per manufacturer’s recommendations, 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on exposed concrete/brick surfaces finished smooth and even, laying of 32 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe for cable in/out arrangement in foundation, painting of pole number in black over yellow background with letter size not less than 50 mm x 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include removal and disposal of surplus excavated earth/debris after completion of foundation and cabling work.

All as per ser item no 03 here-in-before but 7 meters height octagonal pole with bracket suitable for double neck for mounting two street lights in opposite directions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type IP-66, 120lm/w, high pressure die cast aluminum hosing, heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down U/S cable from trench/wall/pole of any height and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning new XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm x 4.0 Core in trench/ on pole/ in duct complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 06 above but 16 sqmm x 4.0 Core XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 06 above but 10 sqmm x 4.0 Core XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of 1100 volt grade cable PVC insulated copper conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tap and over all PVC sheathed in service connection for street light from FRP junction box to street light of size 3 core 1.5 sqmm complete all as directed.

M&L for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boudders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work with PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note : The road cutting to made by the road cutter machine as the work executed at main road.
