Terms and Conditions 1)DG running hours shall be recorded in the DG log book. The log book must be signed daily by the concerned Junior Engineer and submitted to the Executive Engineer through the proper channel along with the bills. 2)The DG set and operator must comply with all relevant safety regulations. 3)The DG set must be ready for operation whenever a power outage occurs. 4)Any breakdown or repair shall be attended to immediately by the supplier without affecting the service. 5)The supplier shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, and skilled manpower for smooth operation. 6)Payment will be made monthly on submission of the bill, based on actual hours of DG operation and fuel consumption.

7) Bills should be submitted at the end of every three months with the certification of concerned Engineers on satisfactory completion. 8)The contractor must pay labour not less than the minimum wage fixed by the Labour Commissioner, Govt. of West Bengal. Wages must comply with the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, etc. 9)The agency must pay the salaries of all maintenance staff, both skilled, lift operator and unskilled, by the 5th of every month in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Labour Commissioner. 10)The agency should must submit P.F and E.S.I 's challan and payment acknodledgement document of the respective labours during submission of bill. 11) The DG operator shall not be absent during duty hours without prior written permission, and in case of unavoidable absence, the agency must provide a suitably trained substitute immediately to ensure uninterrupted lift operation
