The Bidder must meet the following mandatory technical requirements: The Bidder shall have successfully completed at least one (01) work involving construction and commissioning of a Gene Bank, Seed Bank, or Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Cold Storage facility within the last Five (05) years. If the Bidder does not meet the above criteria independently, they shall submit a legally binding Technical Collaboration Agreement or MoU with a specialized firm that meets the experience criteria. The Technical Associate must provide a written undertaking to provide full technical support through the construction and the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
