Complete renewal of existing worn out (1x8 ½”) crossing with tongue rail, stock rail and all fittings with new version set of CMS Crossing, tongue rail, PSC concrete sleepers and fittings in the point No.129 work involves removal of existing (1x8 ½”) fabricated crossing with tongue rail, stock rail, steel turn out sleepers & fittings one by one without affecting the wagon movement and fixing the new PSC sleepers & fittings, aligning, gauge checking, formation and normalizing the track including transportation, consumables T&P’s and supply of following materials. 1. 1 x 8½ PSC sleepers for 52 Kg points & crossing as per part No T4512 to T4513-2 Nos T4793 to T4844-52 Nos T4786 to T4790-5 Nos T5471 to T5474-4 x 2 Nos (8 Nos) (1 set of 67 Nos) 2. 1 x 8½ Curved Tongue tail to a length of 11.90m with reinforcing strap for 52 Kg on PSC sleepers as per part.No.T4866 (1 set consisting of 2Nos RH-1No, LH-1No) (LH Turn out) 3. 1 x 8½ Stock rail to a length of 12.80m for 52Kg on PSC sleepers as per part.No.T4866 (1set consisting of 2Nos RH-1 No, LH-1No) 4. Cast Manganese steel crossing 1 x 8½ for 52 Kg on PSC sleepers as per drg.No.T4867. 5. Check rails for 1 x 8½ points & crossing as per Part.No.T4773 (1set of 2 Nos). 6. Grooved rubber sole palate to be used on 1 x 8½ PSC sleepers of part No.T4865, T4866, T4867 (1set of 246 Nos). 7.
