Exacavation in soil in Hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lift and as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.1 and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts as per MORD Specification directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibated ) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and diposal upto all laeds and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x 5 milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies/steel props, height of propping and centering below supporting floor up to all floor and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In foundation, footings & base of coloumns etc., and mass concrete.

Beams cantilevers girders and lintels (i) Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilevers, brssumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre ( One metre) in depth in all heights from floor.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. ( i). Floor etc., upto 200mm ( Two hundred milimetre) in thickness.

Column, pillars, posts and struts. (i) Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and wall: under 20 cm (Twenty centimetre) wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate crushed 40 mm( forty milimetre nominal size) for plain /reinforced concrete mechnically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement is to six sand is to twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)(Forty milimetre) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm ( Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per HP. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form workin foundation and plinth and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I. including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)( Forty milimetre) and curing complete excluding cost of form work with pidilite or Dr.fixit water proofing treatment as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 Including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( one cement is to two sand is to four graded stone aggregate twenty milimetre nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement.including preparation of surface excluding grading complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 40mm (forty milimetre) thick.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (twenty millimeters nominal size) michamically mixed and vibrated for compacting concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts up to all floor and levels :-

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor twolevel and above

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing to the surface and finishing of nosing in all floor levels.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attched pillasters ,buttresses ,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to all floor level.

Providing and laying upto first floor two level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement as per HPPWD specifications 1990 and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ii) Mouldings as in cornices, window cills etc.in all centimetre in girth

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto floor all level including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Tor steel

Applying cement slurry on Reinforcement Cement concrete slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kgs. (Two point seventy five Kilogamme) Of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete as per HP. PWD specifications excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage in all leads,lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick Work:-Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth in all floor levels. using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor all level using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 ( One cement : Four sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling properly hadn packed under floor filling interstices with spalls complete including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position in 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40 mm thick panelled / Glazed door shutters made of 2nd. class deodar wood having style and top rail 100 mm width and bottom rail 200 mm width lock rail 150 mm width with panel insert of 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board including providing and fixing beading of following wood of size 17 x 14 mm along the panel on both faces of shutters and ISI marked black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws all complete as per Arch. drawing & specifiction and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade paneled shutters with frame of first class deodar wood for doors including bright finished/black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick frame.including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick in 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand paper and knotting complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (i) with enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :-- With readymixed paint other than white including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .

Finishing with APEX weather proof paints of ASIAN paints/ NEROLAC of approved shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials inculding all lead & lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable acrylic ditemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even and including a priming coat withshade overAlkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufactureafter thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic/premium emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated on crete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .
