M & L for arresting leakages in over head tank of capacity 1 LG of Dhruva Enclave with the following steps (a) Cutting of the construction joints in 'V' shaped grooves. (b) Drilling of holes in the honeycomb portions. (c) Patching the entire 'v' shaped grooves with cement, admixed with quick setting compound. (d) Next the grouting is be done with Intraplast EP - a free flowing grout mix. All these operations are made from outside the Reservoir filled with water. (e)Fixing of PVC nozzles for grouting with quick setting compound admixed with cement. Inject the cement mixture with intraplast EP through the nozzle by hi pressure injection pump.

Charges for scaffolding from outside the tank of 1 LG Over head tank as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing coating to be made in 2 coats in the inner walls of the tank with tank coat epoxy coating (potable water grade) of 14.5 LG Under ground sump of Trishul line pump house as specified and directed.

Consultancy charges for Non-destructive testing (NDT) & provision of Retrofitting Scheme of 15 LG UG Sump as follows :- (i) Non - destructive testing of all structural members. (ii) Retrofilling Scheme. (iii) Proof checking ( Structural designs & drawing of NEW slabs) Note: Consultancy should be done through Govt Universities like JNTUH etc.

M&L for ladder for replacement of existing unserviceable ladder at OHT as per existing specification with Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of One Coat of Aluminium Primer, One Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces for Pipe line with applying two coat of synthetic enamelled black japan paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 complete all as specified .

M&L for preparing old weather proof paint by washing, rubbing down & stopping & applying one coat of weather proof paint incl scaffolding & staging of any height of 1 LG OH Tank complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of existing water level indicator in OHT of any size , capacity and height by by Float and board types levelGuage using rope, ball valve, pully, necessary support , PCC ,display board ,indicator/pointer , necessary painting and numbering complete all as required for proper functioning of level indicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of staples size of the mesh 20 mm complete al as required for fixing at Aliminium frame complete all as specified and directed including dismantling old one

M&L of 250mm dia bore Cast iron pipes with spigot and socket end , vertically cast ,class A , in any length as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 250 mm Cast Iron sluice valves flanged ends stem of SS (AISI410) & Bronze (Gun Metal) working parts IS : 14846 both ends flanged with clamps and check nuts, operating wheel etc, rising type K506, class PN 1.6 including jointing materials connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling old one.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr in wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of under ground cable, pipes etc., and getting out in Hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

M&L brick protection with common burnt brick sub class ‘B’ of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts (E) grade with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches / duct or fixed to wall / passing through pipe on pole with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs for stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M/DENSOR/M SEAL

Dismantling of old Steel tubular swaged pole/ PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old GI Wire of any size from existing HT/LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. Channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring horizantally holes under the road below 1.5 mtrs from the road /hard surface by trenches techonology using utra sound techanic and including necessary machine with out damaging the existing road and getting out any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceding 50 mtrs from the site of work including supply and lay HDPE pipe up to 150 mm dia suitable for MPA work pressure complete all as specified

Disconnecting and taking out VCB of any description and any make of rating 12 KV , dismantling/opening of VCB for servicing/overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc, and replacement of unserviceable minor parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/servicing and its testing,meggaring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Testing and calibration of protective relays Earth fault relay and Master trip relay all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Over Current & Earth Fault Relay and taking down old unsv relay as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Model: Micom P111L . Make: Schneider or equivalent
