On load filteration of transformer oil by continuous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achive the desired dielectric strength of 35 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap of sphere of oil testing machine complete all as specified. Note: 1.Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be recorded for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap of sphere of oil testing machine in transformers of various capacity installed in various locations . Make of Transformer oil: Savitha/ Power oil/ HP Notes : (a) New Transformer oil shall be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Supply and fix in repair breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer. Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of modification if any required to fix on existing MS Pipe.

Material and labour for straight through joint,heat shrinkable type for under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable XLPE 3 core 22 KV for the cable size 95 sqmm, 3 core including taking down existing unserviceable joint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: No of 03 run of HT AB Joint will be measered one joint only. Rate for the same by contractor should quoted accordingly.

Repair to gang operated air brake switch device upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including greasing/oiling of all moving contacts,replacement of nut bolts,washers of suitable sizes,unserviceable spares and jumper connections in all phases for smooth functioning of the devices all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"

Repairs to drop out fuse complete of upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including replacement of worn out nut bolts,washers,of suitable size /unserviceable spares and jumper connections for smooth functioning of the devices all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections replaced will be measured and paid seprately as "Supply only"

Material and labour for ACSR conductor (Ferret) jumper connections of following lengths both ends secured with suitable aluminium lugs or one end with AI lugs and other end plain for binding with conductor encased with polythylene sleeve, RYB colours of suitable dia complete including taking down existing unserviceable jumper connection all as directed for :- a) Not exceeding 0.75 mtr length.

b) Exceeding 0.75 mtr length but not exceeding 1.5 mtr length.

c) Exceeding 1.5 mtr length but not exceeding 2.5 mtr length.

d) Exceeding 2.5 mtr length but not exceeding 3.0 mtr length.

Supply install testing and commissioning in replacement of 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism operated from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavelly tinned to with stand weather.

Supply & Fixed in repair Polymer based dropout fuse unit complete set suitable and including for 22 KV, HT outdoor and dropout type of capacity 200 Amps including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing and commissioning all as per the directions of Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Polymer Pin type insulator of 22 KV including necessary hardware and taking down existing unserviceable insulator.

Supply & Fix Polymer disc type insulator, ball and socket type, white brown or green 2 in series for 22KV including necessary hardware and taking down existing unserviceable insulator.

Supply & Fix defective lightining distribution surge arrestor, non linear type MCOV, 18 KV, 5 KA with all fittings bolts nuts and washers etc including taking down unserviceable surge arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of old painted steel surface of pole including cross arms,channels,Flat iron,Clamps in HT OH line by scraping with wire brush and applying one coat of aluminium paint including writing pole number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following types:- a) HT 6 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

b) HT 4 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

c) HT 2 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

d) HT pole 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

Disconnecting the Pole mounted/platform mounted outdoor type transformer situated at various locations inside ARDE sub station 22/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding, dismantling the transformer and accessories, removing insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, taking out the defective winding, cleaning the transformer internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/LT coil with existing guage of copper super enamelled wire/ copper strip of existing size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, opening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning for the following capacity of Transformer :- Note : The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer and rates quoted is deemed to include for the same a) 50 to 100 KVA.

b) 150 to 200 KVA.

c) 250 to 315 KVA.

d) 400 to 500 KVA. Notes (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Insulating oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installation is deemed to include in quoted rates.

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of various gauges or existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under item No. 38.0 to 41.0 primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation as specified and directed. Make : ISI marked as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Supply only DPC copper strip of various gauges or existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under item No. 38.0 to 41.0 primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation as specified and directed. Make : ISI marked as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for carrying out Lab test for acidity of Transformer oil for various Transformers at DRDO Estaste and submitting test report on the format as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the transformer outdoor type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out transformer oil upto HT/LT boxes for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 50 to 750 KVA transformer, refilling the transformer oil and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/LT system after the leakages have been rectified and tested on available electric load. Note : Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items here in after.

(a) Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

(b) Supply only top cover gasket set.

(c) Supply only radiator flanged gasket 6 mm thick.

(d) Supply only oil level indicator gasket set.

(e) Supply only HT bushing with stud 22 KV of existing specification.

Supply & Fixed in repair explosion vent diaphragm of suitable size to match with the existing.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer, removing rusted scale/oil & painting of transformer with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make duly Marking/ Writting MES/SM No. all as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :- (a) 50 to 100 KVA capacity of transformer.

(b) 160 to 250 KVA capacity of transformer.

(c) 300 to 500 KVA capacity of transformer.

Material and labour for lifting of serviceable transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA, 22/ 0.433 KV rated voltage, from one place to other by crane and transporting to other place within 02 Km radius including placing on plinth/pole mounting and connecting up all HT/LT connections, testing and energising the transformer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for lifting of serviceable DG Set of capacity 75 KVA to 250 KVA , 0.433 KV rated voltage, from one place to other by crane and transporting to other place within 02 Km radius including placing on plinth/pole mounting and connecting up all HT/LT connections, testing and energising the transformer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting, opening, draw out RMU/ VCB trolley complete from its position after isolating safely from contacts of breakers for inspection, checking and re installing testing commissioning of same after carryout following repair work and replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as directed and specified by OEM. (i) Checking of Draw out mechanism/arrangement of VCB (ii)Inspection of isolating Contacts, and decarbanising the male /female contacts, jaws complete and replacement of worn out contacts . (iii) Checking of alignment with spout and setting of contact gaps. (iv) Replacement of worn out/defective minor spares parts, lubrication of moving parts of the truck by moly grease. (v) Checking/setting of master control relay, earth fault realy and overload realy. (vi) Replacement of burnt out spring charge motor, (vii) Replacement of Closing Coil 30V DC, (viii) Replacement of tripping Coil 30V DC. (ix) Replacement of top spout with Busbar. (xiv) Misc works deemed essential to make VCB in perfectly working order. Note : Major spare parts shall be paid separetly under respective items here in after, however cost of minor spares shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fix in repairs Current Transformer - 01 No dual ratio of rating 100/50/5A, 22 KV pressure epoxy cast resin complete duly intalled, commissioned, connected and tested at site all as directed. Make : PRAGATI, PRAYAG, KAPPA, CROMPTON, AE, L&T, Vishal or as per existing make.

Supply and fix in repairs Potential Transformer ( PT) - 01 No ratio 22000/√3 volts/110/√3 volts, VA class for PT 50/0.2, Insulation level 24/50/125 KVP specially designed all as per MSEDCL recommendations and approval complete. Make : PRAGATI, PRAYAG, KAPPA, CROMPTON, AE, L&T, Vishal or as per existing make. Notes for item Nos 68 & 69 above :- The contractor's quoted rates Sl No 68 7 69 shall be deemed to include for the followinig provisions also. Noting extra shall be paid on this account. (i) The work shall be carried out under combined supervision of MES and MSEDCL and Accepting Officer. (ii) It is the responsibility of the contractor to get approval of repair work from MSEDCL. (iii) The contractor should co ordinate the work with MSEDCL authorities for testing of metering unit (KIOSK) for repair work (iv) CT ratio of metering unit should be as per the requirement of MSEDCL at the time of commissioning of the installation. (vi) Testing metering unit and TOD meter shall be as directed by MSEDCL Officer. (v) Rate quoted is inclusive of Transportation from manufacturers workshop to work site, Testing charges of MSEDCL etc.

Material and labour for checking of resistance of earthing by disconnecting all electrical connection safely complete all as specifed and directed. Supply and fix power connector accessories made out of aluminium alloy according to IS:617 : 1975 and conforms to IS: 5561 : 1970 galvanic corrosion free heavy duty working pressure 22 KV , enough to carry electrical load and to withstand the mechanical forces imposed during installation as well as service condition and the arrangement of nuts, bolt & washers so that the pressure is uniformly distributed over the whole contact surface area complete all as specified and as directed for following type of clamps:- Make : Jaipuria Brothers a) PG clamps suitable to connect conductor to conductor

Material and labour for Cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4 mm including taking down unserviceable cradle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 metre long complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work PCC shall be paid and measured separately.

Make : Havells/ KEI Note : (i) Rate for manpower, T&P and necessary store to hang HT OH AB cable between HT pole should included in the rate quoted. (ii) Any damage/ loss at site during work shall be borne by contractor.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 22000 volts grade, 3 core 185 Sq mm HT XLPE (Earthed) shielded core type wrapped with galvanised steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV 3 Phase AC, 50Hz, ISI marked, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct/ road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork, cushioning and cable covers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement, connect, test and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following sizes including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings/walls without cable duct) all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following :- Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separately. Material and labour for disconnecting from existing main taking out from LT panel board for servicing & overhauling LT panel/ LT ACB panel of any make 400 to 1000 Amp, 50Hz 415V AC including taking out existing mechanism complete with servicing of operating mechanism, testing of triping mechanism complete to make it funtioning smoothly and including replacement of unserviceable spares and fixing in its original postion with all connections and testing including welding work as requried for the Panel board.
