Type tested as per IEC 60 439-1. Total insulated with system. The manufacture of boar/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report of degree of ingress protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane ; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacture of board/ panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC60439-1. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type LT feeder pillar/ distribution boards thermoplastic polycarbonate IP 65 in accodance with EN 60 529, dust proof, rust proof, water proof & weatheproof, metering panel shock proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid & chemical resistant, fire retardant & self extinguishing, UV resistant, Silica and halogen free recyclable material, glow wire tested at 9600 C in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11. Type tested as per IEC 60 439-1. Total insulated with system. The manufacture of boar/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report of degree of ingress protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane ; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacture of board/ panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC60439-1. The report shall mention the following tests performed and passed out satisfactory:- (a) Degree of protection. (b) Temperature rise. (c) Dielectric Properties. (d) Short circuit withstand current. (e) Effectiveness of protective circuits. (f) Clearance & creepage distance. (g) Mechanical operation. Polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3,UL subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It shall be tested at Glow wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. The lid closing and opening shall be done by quick fastering spring mechanism latches. Suitable accessories for armoured cable shall be supplied with the panel.

The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for polycarbonate thermoplastic board only. Each board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacture & the panel board will have the following accessories. (a) 4 Nos heat shrink insulated bus bar of 1.5 times of incoming MCCB including all connection with aluminum strip. Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 100mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in trenches or fixed to poles/walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fix in replacement capacitor duty connector MO C12.5, 440 volt, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, detatching type early make contacts, seprate termination for damping resistors, encapsulated damping resistor assembly, built in surge suppressor, low pick up VA consumption complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Make : L&T, Cat No - CS96321 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Suppy and fix in replacement capacitor duty connector MO C25, 440 volt, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, detatching type early make contacts, seprate termination for damping resistors, encapsulated damping resistor assembly, built in surge suppressor, low pick up VA consumption complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Supply and fix in replacement heavy duty capacitors cylindrical series 12.5 kVAr rating, 440 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T or equivalent as approved by GE .

Supply and fix in replacement heavy duty capacitors cylindrical series 25 kVAr rating, 440 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB 40 Amps, D curve 3 pole, 415 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB 32 Amps, D curve 3 pole, 415 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB 63 Amps, C curve 4 pole, 415 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L in repair for GI strip 32 x 6 mm for earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for drawing out of LT ACB 4 pole 415 volts of capacity 630/800/1000/1200 amps form the LT panel and servicing/ repair the same for proper functioning, lightening the loose hardware part and loose connection and lubricating the all mechanism, clean all contacts with fine emery paper and CRC, replacement of burnt/defective parts applying petroleum jelly on the contacts, refixing in the original position and checking for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note - Defective parts will be measured and paid seprately under the respective items.

Supply only fixed contacts as per sample suitable for 630/800/1000/1200 amps capacity of LT ACB of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for entire process of welding exising hings of LT panel to make panel door functional properly (opening & closing) and painting of LT Panel (Outdoor/Indoor) completely with one coate of synthetic enamel, spray paint of shade and tint or colour to match the eixisting or as approved by GE, on front, rear, sides, top outside and front shutter inside and marking / writing panel No of pattern, size and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Average Area of one panel to be painted 8.00 Sqm to 10.00 Sqm

Note: Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit Revised in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
