REPAIR/MAINT TO VARIOUS TYPES OF LIGHTS FITTING, S/L PANEL, FEEDER PILLAR BOX AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT POCKET A AT PATIALA UNDER GE (SOUTH) PATIALA

Inspection/ checking/removing carbon/loose/broken joint and taking out loop up 1 to 3 feet in day to day of maintenance of electric complaints of all type lights and juction boxes ie. street/Security / building /flood lights(Indoor/outdoor)/Post top lattern /High mast lights( up to 20 mtr high)/ LED light all type/sizes & any wattage etc. for finding faults, including thorough cleaning of acrylic perpex cover , fixing driver, connecting any lenght of wire overhead and under ground cable connection from LT panel/junction boxes and refixing the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts and light, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Detection & rectification of any type fault in over head / underground line shall be done by the contractor & cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate of the item. (ii) Major spare parts/all type lights required will be measured and paid separately in relevant items of schedule/ BOQ and minor item cost i.e insulation tap,nut,bolt, washer, clamps, jumper less than one meter and three core pvc wire 1.5 sqmm upto 2 meter etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. (iii) Contractor will provide one electrician and two helpers along with 24 step bamboo ladder complsory and sky lifter vehicle (not less than 3 days per week) and four wheeler for carrying man power, tools and plant for repairing day to day complaints and report to JE E/M I/C or engr-in-charge of External Elect Section. (iv) The complete arrangement i.e. veh, manpower, tools, plant, mobile and switching ON/OFF steet light on daily basis(Moning and Evening) and reported to concerned JE/AGE is inclusive in this unit quoted rate. (v) The contractor will make record in complaint register of all given complaint slips and rectified complaint updated on daily basis. All routine/urgent complaints received on complaint slip will be repaired & got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE/AGE E/M with in 24hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12hrs after handing over of routine/urgent works, If the complaint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint. (vi) Safety equipment shall be provided by the bidder/ contarctor to his employees/ workers and the cost of the same included in the unit quoted rate & nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt.

(vii) The bidder/ contractor's rep shall be deposit the complaint slip duly signed by the user in token of satisfied completion of complaint to the concrened JE. (viii) Payment shall be processed with mentioned complaint slip No. in the MB and same be uploaded in eMB portal please (viii) Any accident/mishappening occured due to carelessness of the worker or by any other means during the execution of work shall be responsibility of contractor. The bidder have to insured his employees/ workers with proper insurance plan & copy of the same submitted to the office of Engineer-in-Charge (ix) Contractor/ bidder shall provide proper uniform to his employees/ workers as approved by the GE.

Supply and fixing PVC cable three core 1.5 Sqmm PVC Insulated with stranded copper conductor for connecting up the light fitting complate including PVC conduit 20mm dia medium grade with suitable size of clamp as required at site complete all as specified and diected.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic driver with power factor correction suitable for 35/45/60 Watt LED street lights, input AC 85-300V, input frequency 50/60 Hz, output voltage DC 22-38V, output current 1500mA (+-) 5%, waterproof level :IP 65, shell material : aluminium with IS 15885, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic driver with power factor correction suitable for 70/90/120 watt LED street lights, input voltage 70V AC to 300 V AC , power factor 0.99 (Unity) , over voltage 300 V cutt off , short and open circuit protection isolated, surge protection up to 10 to 12 Kv, maximum output voltage 55 Kv, maximum current up to 1.5a waterproof level :IP 65, shell material : aluminium with IS 15885, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic driver with power factor correction suitable for 100/120/150 watt LED flood lights, input voltage 70V AC to 300 V AC , power factor 0.99 (Unity) , over voltage 300 V cutt off , short and open circuit protection isolated, surge protection up to 10 to 12 Kv, maximum output voltage 55 Kv, maximum current up to 1.5a waterproof level :IP 65, shell material : aluminium with IS 15885, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V made of PDC with aluminium housing with energy efficient LEDs, Direct modular IP lens , , AC outdoor type and heat resistant complete with potted Driver with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection with ON/OFF(LDR) Sensor and with system Efficacy of 125lm/W and M&L for writing MES No. with black enamel paint on LED light & also on pole with white enamel paint with background of blue enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
