BID 03-10 of 2026-27 Construction of Single vent sluice on Ambo TRE

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegistation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300m, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000m including removal of disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in suitable type of soil in borrow area, loading into transportation vehicle manually or mechanically and transportation of earth by mechanical means unloading the same over the approved surface of embankment in proper profile with 5.00Km leads including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm including removal of roots, bushes other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty, labour cess and laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm in depth with vibratory roller, hire and running charges of all machineries with all labour, T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of sand and sandy soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders upto 1/2cum size with all leads, lifts and delifts including trimming of bank slopes and bed to design section and depositing excavated materials away from the work site by mechanical means with an initial lead of 1.00Km, cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble stone masonary in sand grouted in foundation and plinth free from weathered skinned and other deleterious materials using 30cm size hard granite stone including hoisting and laying stone and curing for required days including all labours T&P, cost, conveyance, royalty all applicable taxes and all incidental charges required to complete the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing C.C. M-15 and 40mm down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips of approved quality mixing by concrete mixure and placing manually, compacting with vibrator including hire and running charges of mixure, vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges and materials complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC work of M25 grade with 20mm down graded crusher broken black hard granite stone chips including cost, conveyance and royalty including watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing P.C.C. M-20 and 20mm down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips of approved quality mixing by concrete mixure and placing manually, compacting with vibrator including hire and running charges of mixure, vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges and materials complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cast-in-situ 940mm dia double under reamed RCC Pile of 375mm dia boared compaction pile driving to a depth of 9.00m from bottom level with RCC M25 (1:1:2) using 20mm size nominal size crusher broken black hard granite chips including cost of bore holes but excluding cost of MS Rod/Tar steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding steel as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for upstream faces of dam, spillway, glacis of barrages, unexposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidity fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials and T&P complete as per direction of teh Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming and compaction etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
