Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Tensile Fabric Roof over steel truss ( steel truss to be paid for separately) as per the approved drawing and design all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. The fabric shall be heavy duty opaque white sheets of base PES and precoated with PVDF/PTFE/ PVC of reputed make like Serge Ferrari /Verseidag or equivalent having minimum weight of 900 g/sqm and total thickness of 0.70mm. It may have tensile Strength (warp/ weft) :4200/ 4000N/ 5cm as per EN ISO 1421, Tear Strength (warp/ weft) :550/ 500N - DIN 53.363, Adhesion-120 N/5cm and flame retardancy & solar reflectance index conforming to Euroclass. Warranty on the fabric shall be of minimum 10 years. The fabric shall be fixed to steel truss as per manufacturer's specification with the help of Galvanised MS Membrane/ End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, galvanized MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals etc. all complete as per drawing & instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes all operations like cutting, designing, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric etc upto the desired height including shop drawings for foundation, structural steel truss for canopy, transportation to the site, all hardwares, Aluminium flat, EPDM gasket, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc.).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including tubular section and cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
