Providing and constructing a hollow architectural Kalashstructure over the temple roof slab, strictly conforming to the architectural drawings, structural designs, and detailed profiles, including the provision of heavy-duty MS double-stage scaffolding, staging, centering, and shuttering at elevated heights, executed through the following Specifications. (i) Integral Waterproofing: Providing and mixing an approvedintegral liquid water proofing compound (conforming to IS: 2645) in the concrete for the RCC pardi and the plaster mortar, at the rate of 200ml per bag of cement (or as per manufacturer's specifications) to ensure complete water-tightness of the hollow core. (ii) Architectural Shell Work (Outer Shell): Providing and constructing first-class brick masonry work using approved burnt clay/fly-ash bricks (Class Designation 7.5) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) on the outer face of the RCC pardi. The brickwork must be meticulously stepped, corbelled, cut, and shaped to closely achieve the decorative relief, bands, contours, and geometric profile of the Kalash as directed by the Architect. Rate to include providing necessary mechanical anchors/bonds with the RCC pardi, wetting bricks, and curing. (iii) Decorative Plaster: Providing and applying sand-face cement plaster externally over the shaped brickwork to achieve the final architectural contours. The plaster shall be applied in two coats: a base rendering coat of 12mm thickness in CM 1:4 and a finishing coat of 8mm thickness in CM 1:4 using clean, washed, screened coarser sand/silica sand to achieve a uniform, sharp, sand-faced texture, The work includes forming intricate moldings, grooves, drips, and decorative bands as per the architect's detailed drawings. (iv) Finishing & Weather-Proof Layer: Preparing the cured plaster surface by scraping, removing laitance, applying one coat of exterior-grade alkali-resistant primer, followed by applying two or more coats of premium Texture Paint (having anti-fungal and silicone properties) of approved shade and make, to give a protective, weather-proof finish. The rate shall be fully inclusive of all materials, labor, tools, plants, staging, heavy-duty scaffolding, safety nets, hoisting materials to elevated heights, finishing, clearing, design and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing, carving, supplying and fixing approved quality decorative marble jali (window grill) for temple windows, fabricated from selected premium grade Makrana Pink Marble or other approved natural marble of approved colour, shade and texture, of required thickness as per approved drawings, including machine cutting to size and intricate hand/CNC carving of traditional temple jali patterns comprising floral, geometric, lotus, creeper, ornamental and other approved motifs with uniform perforations, sharp profiles and smooth finished edges.The work shall include dressing, rubbing and polishing/honing of all exposed surfaces and edges, providing integral border/frame wherever specified, drilling and making holes for fixing, supplying and fixing with SS 304 dowels, cramps, pins, brackets, non-staining epoxy adhesive, non-shrink grout and all necessary accessories, carefully aligning and securing the jali within the marble window opening without causing damage to adjacent stonework, including all cutting,fitting,scaffolding, lifting, handling, transportation, protection during installation, cleaning and finishing complete in all respects as per approved architectural drawings, specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
