Construction of Double storeyed (ground + First Floor) Utility Block, fire stairs, Over Head Water Tank, including all works complete mentioned in the Tender. Rates to be quoted on plinth area basis only.(Load bearing structure with RCC roof) & Construction of Toilet Block (ground floor), providing Over HeadWater Tank, Including all sanitary and water supply works complete mentioned in the Tender. The height shall be 2.90 m. measured from finished floor level to slab bottom. Rates to be quoted on plinth area basis. (Load bearing structure with RCC roof).

Construction of covered Pandal (ground floor) with framed steel structure and fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet as roof covering, Fly ash filler Brick wall jali pattern of height 1.2m, complete with Flooring as specified. The height of pandal shall be 8.00 m high at crown and 4.00 m at edges measured from finished floor level. Rates to be quoted on plinth area of pandal.

Boundary wall with 1.5 metre. normal height from GL & 0.90 meter high MS grill, and 230 mm thick with required no. of steel gates/ wicket gates etc. with load bearing brick wall and plastering on either side and with/without intermediate columns and plinth beams

Internal Development work including, parking with grass pavers,6.0 m wide soft moorum road, CC pathway, water supply system, sewerage system, rain water harvesting system, Horticulture work/ landscaping etc. Including all work complete mentioned in the Tender. Rates to be quoted for the development area of the plot

Providing of E&M services of Internal Electrical installation i/c fans fittings, Compound lighting with Octagonal Poles with LED fittings and land scape lighting, Water supply pumping system i/c associated electrical works, Manually operated electronic Fire alarm system and exit signages, firefighting down comer system i/c fire extinguishers, LT network distribution system i/c cabling network and LT panel in pandal, utility block and toilet area.

SITC of diesel engine DG set of 62.5 KVA capacity complete with acoustic enclosure developing 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz at 0.8 power factor (lagging) A.C. supply comprising alternator directly coupled with water cooled electric start diesel engine of suitable BHP at 1500 R.P.M mounted on common M.S. channel iron base frame complete with in-built fuel tank charged battery, battery leads, control panel, residential silencer and anti-vibration amounting pads protection connection, inter connection, including AMF Panel with 2 nos. 95 amps. 3 pole, AC duty contractor i/c making suitable size c.c. foundation etc. as per specifications attached.

SITC & putting into operation 13 passengers lift (884 Kg) without machine room i/c all accessories and control equipments for a total rise of 6.0 mtr (approx. ) (one way) with 2 landings/openings as per the detail specification enclosed i/c providing I section / C section

Operation and Routine Maintenance of all E&M Services within Defect Liability Period from the date of Completion of Installation for all E & M Services (LED light fittings shall however, be under guarantee period of 5 years.

Providing and fixing GRC jali of approved make for the side façade of pandal as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Submitting structural and services design and drawing for complete project duly i/c all E&M services vetted by any government agency or institution or university as approved by department or as mentioned in tender documents. The span of the truss for the steel frame should not be less than 12.00 m on each side
