Supply & Erection of single steel tubular pole of 6 mtr long 80mm Dia Aluminium coated etc. in cc foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mtr. dia and 0.30 mtr. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making holes and oil paint colour with steel plate Signboard etc. on the pole.

Extra above for providing CC (6:2:1) base block 300mm dia 300mm high from the ground and 300 mm below the ground level cylindrical concrete foundation (around the pole) dimension 0.450x0.450 mtr. above ground level, neat cemented finish (3mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. providing drilled hole in the pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe as directed for street light wiring.

Supplying & Fixing of 24w semi integrated LED Street light IP-65 fitted with suitable clamps and MS plate on GI Pole or similar structure, luminary of LED should make by Suntech/ Philips/Bajaj/Havells or equivalent (3 years Warranty)

Supply & Installation of SPV module Indigenously manufactured PV module should be used. The PV module should have crystalline silicon solar cell and must has a certificate of Testing conforming to IEC 61215 edition- II/BIS 14286 from an NABL or IECQ accredited lab. The power output of the modules under STC should minimum of 100 wp at a load voltage of 17.5v de+-0.2. Make Suntech/Philips/Bajaj/Havells or Equivalent (3 years Warranty)

Supply and installation of Li-ion solar battery (Dry cell) c-10, 12.5-14.5 volt with 24 ah, BIS Standard +-.02 tolerance. Make Suntech/Philips/Bajaj/Havells or Equivalent (3 years Warranty)

Supply, Installation and Fixing PWM 5-10 amps change controller manufactured by ISO-9001:2000 certified facility, overload/over discharge/ short circuit protection inbuilt circuit with rust proof enclosure with IP-65 Suntech/Philips/Bajaj/Havells or Equivalent/protection/inbuilt on led.

Supply and Installation of module mounting structure made by steel with suitable size and design to hold the module in any environmental condition.

Supply and installation of 90 degree bend shape led holder with clamp 36 inch 25 mm dia made by steel pipe.
