Supply & fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm thick fixed in ducts/on wall/in trenches/floor etc and jointing for interconnection of earthing fixed to equipment, test point including drilling holes and jointing with aluminium nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for jointing and testing heat shrinkable, outdoor type, end termination cable jointing kit, suitable for 11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for jointing and testing heat shrinkable outdoor type, end termination cable jointing kit , suitable for 11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for jointing and testing heat shrinkable outdoor type, end termination cable jointing kit, suitable for 11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 240 to 300 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pruning of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/approaching the LT/HT overhead lines conductors with hack saw/axe to clear the LT/HT line upto 3 metre on each side including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away wastage dump inside the station area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 3 metre width on each side (Horizontal/vertical) of LT/HT line shall be cleared.

M&L for opening the joints of HT/LT overhead conductor from the end of poles, stretching the overhead aluminum conductor with chain pulley and other T&P machineries, refixing the overhead conductor at the same place such that sagging of conductor is not more than 3% complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repalacement pin insulator of size 150mm height, 150 mm dia polymer type tested with CPRI Lab, white, brown or green insulator suitable for 11 KV grade including one galvanized mild steel spindles two GI washer & one GI nut complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement disc insulators, vitreous porcelain /polymer type150 mm high and 150 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green of two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with 2 Nos of mild steel clamp made out 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, and CI cover with frame 40 x 40 x 6mm on top and excavation/ earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. (Payment to be made after result should berequired less than 1 Ohm) Note:- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe upto earth pit shall be provided in slantling position as included in this item.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade with funnel & wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 including CI cover with frame 40x40x6mm angle iron frame on top of pit cover and excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Payment to be made after result should berequired less than 1 Ohm). Notes :- (i) GI wire upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. Supplying and fix in replacemnet of air break gang operated switch, triple pole, 11 KV (outdoor type) mechanically operated, suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving control of copper, for current rating upto 200 Amps including GI pipe heavy duty of required size and with locking arrangement including Godrej (Freedom) 50mm pad lock with two keys with fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements having 400 amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz, AC supply including necessary electric connections, mild steel ISMC-75 of required length fixed with mild steel clamps made out of 50mm x 6 mm flat iron,nut,bolts and washers of required size for fixing GOD complete and painting structural steel surface with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement lightning arrester expulsion type conforming to IS-3070 Part-II 1989 as amended upto date suitable for 11 KV earth system having discharged current rating 5 KA high current impulse with stand 65 KA for OH 11 KV line including bracket clamps nuts, washers and connecting to earth as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive of the above provision.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable below and around after laying the cable jently punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L required for locating fault in U/G HT cable by using fault detector machine including transportation and by carying out high pressure test all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of 11 KV VCB/RMU rating upto 800 Amp suitable for repturing capacity 350 MVA and remote control switch including dismantling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226 and replacing moving parts including reassembling of parts after well cleaning of complete panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs & PTs and spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : Spare parts required for replacement obtained approved OEM suitable capacity shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (Ser item No 28.00 to 45.00) of BOQ.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover calss HV type 1 flat size 300 x 180 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old unservoceable burnt out fixed female contact from the existing position and suply and fix new female contact of hard drawn strips of air break switch 11000 Volts grade up to 400 Amp capacity out door type fixed with suitable size of nuts bolts and washetrs etc and applying petroleum jelly for smooth operation including testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable burnt out moving male contact from the existing position and supply and fix new moving male contact of hard drawn strip of air break switch 11000 Volts grade up to 400 Amps capacity out door type fixed with suitable size of nuts bolts and washers etc and applying pertoleum jelly for smooth operation including testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply and taking down the U/S HT jumpers of bus bar/two/four pole structure and out point and supply and fix new HT jumpers of any length with suitable size of ACSR conductor and lugs PGI clamps and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the burnt out portion of the HT 11 KV grade underground XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 core, supply and jointing HT cable straight through joint (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade of size 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 core including necessary cable testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the burnt out portion of the HT 11 KV grade underground XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core, supply and jointing HT cable straight through joint (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core including testing complete all as specified and directed.
