M&L for Removing or dismantling of damage / cracked/ concrete /loose concrete / plaster of ceiling/ wall/ chajja/ facia to expose the sound and hard concrete using a suitable mechanical device or by hammer and chisels and complete removal of debris from MOD Land (upto G + 2 Bldg) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying 25 to 30 mm thick ( average ) repair mortar ready to use single component polymer modified repair mortar for repair of RCC members likes beams, columns, chajja and facia/Ceiling, mortar having good compressive strength and shrinkage resistance,including curing for 24 hours minimum, dry it and rubbing to make the surface rough after then finishing surface even and smooth using ready mix plaster (upto G + 2 Bldg) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying bonding agent for bonding old to new concrete/plaster surface likes chajja/ beams/ celings/ columns/ facia etc by high performance modified Styrene- Butadiene Rubber ( SBR ) base binder . Applying of binder is as 1 lit / 10 sqm (upto G + 2 Bldg) including necessary scaffolding to apply it on surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L GI Wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joints, etc. sandwitched between two layers of plastering (Plastering shall be measured and paid separately) in walls, ceiling, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and wast (upto G + 2 Bldg) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed

S&F for galvanised welded steel wire fabric as extra reinforcement to RCC members like ceilings, chajja's, beams, columns, parapet wall etc including all cutting and waste (wt. not exc 4 Kg/sqm) etc (upto G + 2 Bldg) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mixing mechanically PP fibre of 24 mm length with Anti-crack strength with Rheoplastic non shrink, corrosion resistant, High strength MICROCONCRETE having compressive strength as Bs 4551-80 by adding 12mm graded aggregate or in combination with 1:4 mortar for 25 mm jacketing ensuring strength (ASTM C 109)-35 Mpa @ 28 days, Tensile strength 2.0N/mm2 @ 28 days (ASTM C 348)- 4 Mpa @ 28 days, Flextural strength 10N/mm2 (ASTM C 348)-11 Mpa @ 28 days, Young's modulus -27 KN/sqm (ASTM D469), Expansion charactristics (ASTM C 827-1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion -Approx. 0.004 N/sqm pouring of micro concrete into the RCC member using suitable arrangement or required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days, and the bottom shuttering after 7 days, ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing brick columns etc (upto G + 2 Bldg) including necessary form work and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & bending with and including MS annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and applying Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 (Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete.) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer instructions) over interior surface of wall etc complete including necessary scaffolding all as specified & directed.
