Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) all as specified and removing debris ouside MD land complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring and finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using12.5mm graded scrushed tone aggregate as in flooring and finished surface as in received tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 8 mm thick in size of 600mmx600mm as in floors/skirting/dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over and including15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for colored Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 below tiles, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but notexceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 below tiles, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory-made 40mm thick Puf (Polyurthane Foam) insulated composite wall panels, having a rigid Puf core of minium density 40 Kg/Cum, injected between two metal skins. The exterior (top) skin shall be 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvanized Iron (PPGI) and the interior (bottom) Skin shall be 0.40mm/0.50mm thick PPGI.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm each but not exc 4 sqm each any type of door (wooden, aluminium & steel etc) complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain sheet glass 4mm thick ordinalry quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square or fixed with aluminium section including rubber beads not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane including hacking out complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3 universal type, aluminium body suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
