| 1.02CONTROL : A very compact feather touch control panel having following function & Indications should be provided. The panel can be supplied in floor mount with spill proof design. Following feature should be available on the control panel: Machine on/Off Switch. 12 cm LCD Digital Display of KV, mA & mAs. KV, mA & mAs Increase and decrease Switches. Ready & X-Ray On switch. Bucky selection switch. Tube focal spot selection is automatic. Depending on applied mA. Collimator lamp on /off switch at control panel & collimator. Self-diagnostic Programme with indicators for :- Earth Fault Error, Filament Error, Inverter Error, Rotor Error ,Tube head Thermal overload. Anatomically Programming Radiography (i.e. APR) should be provided in which KV, mA & mAs are automatically selected depending upon the physically of the patient and part of the body to be X-Rayed. X-ray manufacturer is registered in MSME & NSIC. 5. Manufacturer didn’t have blacklisted /debar from any State Govt/ PSU/Central Govt institute in past Ten Years. No stay order and pending debar case is pending in Indian Penal Court. 6. Manufacturer is having 100 Nos. installation of X-Ray machines in Govt. sector in last One Year. 7. X-Ray manufacturer is having Testing & Calibration Lab with NABL approved and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. | |||||
| 1.05Flat Panel Detector 1. The detector should be both wired and wireless for data communication. 2. The detector should be a flat panel detector with Cesium Iodide Scintillator 3. The size of the detector should be 35 cm x 43cm (14”x17”) or more 4. Should have spatial resolution of 3 lines pair / millimeter or better 5. Pixel Pitch should be 150 micron or less 6. Detector Quantum Efficiency (DQE) should be 70% or more @ Zero lines pairs (near zero) & MTF minimum 80% at 1 cyc 7. The active-matrix size should be 2.3K x2.3K or more 8. Should have a minimum grey scale of 16 bits/ pixel 9. Detectors should be supplied with two external batteries and the supplied charger should be able to charge two batteries at a time. Detector with inbuilt battery should not be quoted. 10. The detector should be able to work without the battery also under wired mode. 11. Detector should be light weight (< 3kg) 12.
