REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES INCLUDING MAN HOLES AND AREA DRAIN AT MYSORE.

Cleaning of sewage pipe lines of size upto 100mm dia/bore and removing the blockages by rodding using bamboo spilt or by mechanical means, between the manholes, Nahani traps to gully traps, gully trap to manholes incl vertical stack pipes (where ordered), cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out debris, sludge or any solid/foreign materials from sewage from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning complete incl removing the debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 above but 300 mm dia sewage pipe lines.

De-silting of manholes and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone/bricks bats from inside the manholes and mouth of pipes to a distance 100meters away from site incl taking up manhole covers of any description and refixing in same position after de-silting complete all as directed by Engr in charge for following sizes of manhole. Note : Manhole up to 1.00 m depth

All as per item No : 03 above but depth exc 1.00 metre but n exc 2.00 metres

Removing of blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125 mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage including removing all meterials from trap of WC and disposoing complete all as directed.

M & L for attending of sewage complaints for blockage of WHB, WC, Urinals, Sinks, bottle trap, floor trap, Nahani traps, WC gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description in the AOR of 2 AFSB Mysore with and including petty repairs items/materials i.e. screws, washers, plugs, grease etc, cutting of grass, vegetation, shrubs etc, digging out roots completely by crow bars, chisel etc, cleaning of sewer/rain water pipelines with mainholes laid in any situation for cleaning and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional and removal of sludge / mud , complete all as directed. Note : Any major item/material which are required to be replaced shall be paid under respective item of this schedule. The cost of minor items like nails / screws / hexa blades / washers / plugs / grease etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates only. NOTE - All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within 60 minutes from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify the complained within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundreed only) per complaint per hr for first 02 hrs and after that Rs. 200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

De-silting of Grease tab and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials and mouth of pipes to a distance 300 mtr away from site incl taking up Grease tab covers of any description and refixing in same position after de-silting complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for following sizes of Grease Tab. Note : Grease Tab upto 1.5 mtr depth.

Cleaning of area drain of any size and removing the loose gravel, silt, leaves and debris by removing existing cover slabs and re position of slab to original surface including making good of surface and deposit the soil / silt to a distance upto 5 KM and levelled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)
