M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no groove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface using water proofing compund as per manufacturer instruction surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on above treated surface and joints grounted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement on above treated surface all as specified.

All as per above item here-in-before 92 but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-15 (nominal mix), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sq mtr but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified. M & L for Guniting work to RCC work in columns , beams , chajjas, balconies , slabs , landings and roof projection etc by removing loose concrete, cleaning of surfaces with brush and applying one coat of epoxy paint SIKA/fosroc to rusted reinforcement including welded wire mesh fabric of wire not less than 95mm X 95mm X 3mm , adhesive plaster grade for concrete admixture non providing guniting pressure 2.00/2.50 Kgs/sqm with admixture , 1part of cement and 3.25 part of sand with a thickness of 50mm averaging and making the surfaces even and smooth including all necessary form work /scaff folding and applying 5mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

The suspension system consisting of panelling grid shall be following min sizes: main T section(24X38X0.3mm 3m long), Cross T section (24X25X0.3mm 6m long), wall angle (24X24X0.3mm 3m long), hanger rod 4 mm Adjust clip (85X30X0.8mm), soffit cleat (27X37X25X1.6mm), Dash fastener (12.5 mm dia) with complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI metal false ceiling lay in plain regular edge white color tiles of size 595X595X0.5mm thick with 8mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanizing of min 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive ) & electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns(min) including factory painted after bending ceiling grid shall be following min sizes: main T section(24X38X0.3mm 3m long), Cross T section (24X25X0.3mm 6m long), wall angle (24X24X0.3mm 3m long), hanger rod 4 mm Adjust clip (85X30X0.8mm), soffit cleat (27X37X25X1.6mm) , Dash fastener (12.5 mm dia) with complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 8mm thick hollow printed coloured PVC sheet wall lining/panelling including frame work (sample kept in GE office) made of 1mm thick PVC sheet in strips and channels feathered at the edges for fixing of wall lining inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
