Disconnecting and taking down existing old BER Air Conditioner of any type / any capacity / any make from the existing location and depositing the same in MES Store Yard as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down existing old BER Deep Freezers of any capacity / any make from the existing location and depositing the same in MES Store Yard as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down existing old BER Ice Making Machine of any capacity / any make from the existing location and depositing the same in MES Store Yard as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down existing old BER Walk-in-Freezers and Walk-in-Cold Room of any capacity / any make from the existing location and depositing the same in MES Store Yard as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and Testing of Water Cooler fully stainless steel 304 grade body, electric driven single phase having approximate storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litre/hour using Refrigerant R-134(a)/ Non CFC green refrigerant and having hermetically sealed compressor, 5 star rated energy efficient; complete all as specified and as directed.

Makes shall be as approved by CWE after submission of technical literature of OEM by the contractor through GE.
