Kodingamali Mines of Koraput District (10 KLD STP)

Site Survey, design & drawing of STP with allied infrastructure such as Connecting existing line/ Septic tank to STP as per schematic drawing attached for acceptance of OMC.

Construction of 10 KLD STP ( Civil portion) as per the drawing attached and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of electro-mechanical equipment for 30 KLD STP as per design and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation of all electro-mechanical equipment along with its fittings and fixtures all complete as per the design drawing/ as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, completion of sewer pipeline ,Laying ( to level or slopes) conforming to IS 783-1959 and jointing with Cement Mortar (1:2) of Concrete pipes Class NP-2 , reinforced light duty non-pressure pipes conforming to IS:458-2003 with collars & butt ends prepared for Collar joints of the following internal diameter. Excavation in all kind of soil including hard rock & cutting the CC/BT road and excavation using machine and mending to its original state as required at site. A. 150 mm dia NP 2 Hume pipe. or B. 150 mm dia PVC SWR pipe IS-13592 class -B of 6 kg /cm2 pressure rating with C.C (1:1.5:3) all round encasing as detailed on BID doc and as directed by EIC.

Supply, installation, laying & completion of sewer pipeline HDPE tubes of 10Kg/sqcm confirming to I.S No. 4984/1995 the following outer diameter & tube fittings including testing as per specification complete excluding earth work, excavation in all kind of soil including hard rock & cutting the CC/BT road and excavation using machine and mending to its original state as required at site.as per design drawing approx. (meter of size) as below: A. 75 mm dia HDPE pipe (Grade-PE-63)

Dismantling, reconstruction and reconnection of new infra accessories for smooth operation of STP along with New Manhole as per the NIT for pumping as may be required at site with PVC SWR pipe IS-13592 class -B of 6 kg /cm2 pressure rating.

Initial 72 hrs Hydro test for all constructed civil structures and trial commissioning of STP.

Commission and trial run for 3 months with respective test reports fortnightly for outlet quality and monthly for inlet quality of raw sewage as below parameters: A. pH B.TSS C. TDS D.BOD E.COD F.Oil & Grease G.Ammonia

OMC for 3 years Annual Operation & Maintenance of STP (Sewerage Treatment Plant) including repairs and replacements & periodical preventive maintenance of all pumps, equipments, accessories and other electro-mechanical units with supply of necessary manpower including supervisory staff and deployment of technical experts / skilled technicians as may be required for effective operation of the STP and with supply of necessary chemicals, lubricants, consumables / biomass culture etc. all complete for successful operation of the STP ( Excluding cost of power supply)
