Maintenance and overhauling of DG set on every month including checking, cleaning, adjusting/tightening, oiling, greasing and reseting of existing part decarbonising of battery terminals of DG set at different location of installation and keep ready to set for proper functioning of valve 'V' belts pulleys, fan hub, idler, water pump, fiters engine cylinder head, bolts, nuts and washers vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbons brushes vibration dampers, springs, AVRs exhause pipes etc of following capacity of DG sets :- Note : Spares part will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of BOQ/ Sch 'A'.

M&L for recharging of Battery 12 Volts, 180 AH, any make/ model by replacing electrolyte incl replacement of unserviceable terminal posts to the required standard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviciable battery from DG Set including supply, fixing and testing of maint free battary 12 Volts 180 AH complete all as specified and directed. Make : EXIDE (Express) or equivelent as approved (minimum 01 years warrenty)

Taking down old unserviciable Automatic voltage regulator from DG Set and supply, fixing including testing of new Automatic voltage regulator suitable DG Sets of capacity 15 KVA to 62.50 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar or equivelent as approved.

S&F flexible rubber cuppling of engine and alternater with bolts and nuts etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed for following capacity :-
