Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) with 8 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using bitumen VG-30 Grade @ 4% by weight of total mix including scrafying existing bituminous macadam and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

Preparing for existing black top/ WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broomes and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumeneous primer at 5 Kg/10 Sqm using (VG-10) paving bitumen complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete using mechanical paver 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using bitumen of grade VG-30 by mechanical paver roller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller on existing black top surface complete all as directed .

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road Marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

Road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed. Hard core of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 20 cm complete all as directed..

Use&Waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, complete all as directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A'. complete all as directed.
