Technical Bid

RequiredBidder should have valid Class-3 and above Registered Electrical Contractor License issued from Inspectorate of Electricity.

RequiredThe bidder should submit the GST/PAN Registration Certificate

RequiredTenderer in their name should submit annual turnover certificate any two years from last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 of Rs.2.15 Lakhs in each year. Turn over certificate should be mandatorily certified from charted accountant and mention UDIN number is compulsory, otherwise it will be subjected to rejection

RequiredTenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka /any Govt. Agency/ULBs/PSU. The bidder should submit self declaration for the same.

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
