Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

A) WITH OUT STRUTTING ( PCC Work)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix (One part of Cement,Two part of Fine Aggregate and Four part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlock concrete paver of approved make as per Vendor list, at Petrol pump driveways with M40 grade concrete blocks with minimum thickness of 83mm for IS 15658-2006 and providing minimum 100mm thick stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved make be laid in fluring bone pattern with approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust filing 100mmthick out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading and laying paver block approved standard specification,.

Providing and Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregates to WET MIX MECADAM Specification in 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant Carriage of mixed materials by tipper to work site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of materials,labour charges,rentals for machinery,fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Specification

Granolithic Floor finishing with Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, two parts of sand and four parts of ISS HBG metal) mix using 6mm to 10mm ISS size HBG metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
