Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, Chipping etc on the site of the work when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

All as per item No 04 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed Note : Material obtained from item No 3.00 here in before shall be used.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG 10 Grade) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen (paving bitumen VG-10 rolled) to a uniform smooth surface using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing premix bituminous macadam with binder content @ 4 % by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of thickness not more than 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
