a) Comprehensive AMC of EPABX (Matrix ETERNITY ME) along with its associated equipments (UPS Microtek 1KVA) etc installed at S&T Office of DMRC at NBCC Place. Configuration of EPABX are : i) Trunk Port - 16 ports ii) Digital Port - 32 ports iii) Analog Port - 176 ports iv) PRI Interface module cards - 02 v) CPU card - 02 vi) Power Supply card - 02 *b) One Service Technician deputed during office timing on all working days and also to be available for holiday and late hours as and when required to attend daily complaints and routine maintenance of both sites.
