Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling/mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling the hollow portion of steel frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fast or bed block including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mmx200mmx 7mm/350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm/450x 300x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel flat iron in bands, straps, supports or stays for pintle hinge, hand made sliding bolts, hold fast etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed.
