Standard See Saw:
This items provides a good entertainer for children. The seats of the see saw are made from rotational molding and the see saw stand is fitted on 40 NB GI Pipe. The level is of 15 NB & 25 NB pipes. The bearing used is a heavy-duty bush type.
Double Swing
In the double swing the leg support is bending made of 40nnb GI pipes and top pipe is 50nb GI pipes with GI Junction box with powder coating. The swing seat is made up of 10mm thick rubber belt. The belt seat is affixed on 6mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp.
Wave Slide
The Wave slide chute shall be made up of 4mm thick of Fiber reinforced plastic with self-pigmented. The Wave shape should be in such manner that it will not give any jerk or bump to the rider. The chute has its end such as it causes safe landing of the child. The landing portion should be in horizontal with respect to the ground. TECHNICAL SPECICATIONS
1. MATERIAL
G.I.Pipes
The G.I.pipes shall be heavy duty “B” class quality and shall confirm to IS 129 (Part-I) -1979 and shall be of reputed make such as Tata/Jindal etc.
M.S.ANGLE
The M.S.angles shall conform to IS:226-1975 and shall be of standard make such as TISCO/SALE/ISCO or equivalent .
NUTS, BOLTS AND OTHER FASTNERS:
All nuts, bolts and other fasteners to be used shall be of Hot Dip Galvanized iron.
FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC MATERIAL
FRP material shall be made of top quality, polyster resin of reputed brand, virgin qualiy standar glass made of reuated brand only. The molding of FRP shall be done of contract molding and has minimu tensile strength of 60 Mp.
FABRICATION
Steel component shall be welded by electric are welding using CO2 as insert gas using bet quality weldng rods confirming to IS :814. The welded joints shall be property grounded and coated with epoxy sealnt. All shape dated and corners shall be properly grounded before painting. All shall be drilled by using specially designed hardened drilling fixture to ensure repeatability & inter chargeability of the compenents.
MOULDING
Plastinc moulded components shall be made of non-toxic and non-aging material with UV stablizers.
GALVANIZING”
The material thickness of galvanizing shall be 20 microns
PAINTING:
All uncoated and non procted surfaces shall first be applied with a coat of red oxide after preparation of surface and then coated with epoxy primer by spray process in a dust free atmosphere. Then a coat of epoxy paint of reputed brand with minimum thickness of 30 microns shall be applied
POWER COATING:
Powder coating shall be done of pur polyster exterior grade uttraviolet stabilized power of repuated make which shall be applied ater preparation of surce and then treated for adhension by photoshpate chemicals which shall be fy=urther passivated to stop porosity. The minimum thickness of power coated shall be 40 microns (Dry thickness). The coated item shall be then be cured in over at 180-degree Calsius for minimum.
BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS/SIZES OF DIFFERENT COMPONENTS OF MULTIPLAY SYSTEMS:-
I. Square deck of size 4’-0” X 4’-0”:- The size of Sq. deck shall be 4’-0” X 4’-0”. The vertical supporting pipes shall be of minimum size 80 NB G.I. pipes or as required with Nylon Roof clamps attached to its. The Horizontal supporting members shall be of M.S. angle of minimum size 40X40X5 mm or as required. The platform of the ladder shall be of aluminum chequred plate of minimum thickness 16 SWG or as required.
II. Canopy: - The canopy over square deck shall be made in two layers of Fiber Reinforced Plastic with minimum thickness of 3 mm and the same shall be supported on structural framework of M.S. Square pipe. The layers of ISO Gel coat shall be applied over canopy and two extra layers on the flange. The colour, design and finish of the outer surface of the canopy shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
III. Double wave slide 3’-0” Ht.:- This shall be made of FRP having minimum shell thickness of 4 mm. The backside of the slide surface shall be Mat finished. The layers of tooling Gelcoat shall be applied to the slide to give it smooth finish. The supporting frame of the slide shall be made from G.I. Pipe of minimum size 25 NBV. The pipes shall be powder coated
IV. Double wave slide 7’-0” Ht.:- This shall be made of FRP having minimum shell thickness of 4 mm. The backside of the slide surface shall be Mat finished. 5 layers of tooling Gelcoat shall be applied to the slide to give it smooth finish. The supporting frame shall be made from G.I. Pipe of minimum size 25 NB. The pipes shall be powder coated. Additional ‘H’ type support shall be provided in the center.
V. Spiral Slide 5’-0”:- The spiral slide chute shall be made of FRP having minimum shell thickness of 4 mm and the same shall be supported on center support of G.I. pipe having minimum size of 80 NB. The backside of the slide surface shall be MAT. 5 layers of tooling Gelcoat shall be applied to the slide to give it smooth finish. The landing module shall be supported on GI pipe of minimum size 20 NB powder coated GI Pipes with nylon clamps attached to it.
VI. Pipe Ladder:- The pipe ladder shall be made of powder coated GI pipes minimum size 25 NB.
VII. Arch entry railing:- The frame of the Arch entry railing shall be made of powder coated GI pipe of minimum size 25 NB and the same shall be supported with 25 NB powder coated GI pipes. Nylon clamps are attached to the vertical pipe support of 80 NB pipe
VIII. Straight railing:- The straight railing shall be made of horizontal pipe of size 25 NB and vertical pipes of 20 NB.
IX. Straight Bridge:- It shall be made of 25 mm thick wooden planks of sheesham or Sal wood having 150 mm width an 810 mm length. The wooden planks shall be attached together with the help of nuts and bolts and shall be suspended with 8 mm thick galvanized chains. The railing shall be made of powder coated pipe supported of 20 NB GI Pipe.
X. Straight inclined bridge: - This small be made of MS angle iron of minimum of size 50X50X50 mm. The top surface shall be made of perforated galvanized sheet of 16 SWG and shall be supported on MS angle iron of minimum size 25X25X5mm. The side railing shall be provided on both sides for safety purpose and it shall be made of powder coated GI pipe of size 20 NB.
Split level ladder: - This shall be made of fiber Reinforced plastic of minimum 4mm thickness. The purpose of this ladder is to combine suitably two decks at different height | - | each | 0.29 | - |

The Deck of MAPS is made up of 4mm thickness fiberglass reinforced plastic. The top of the platform shall be made up of anti skid surface with multicoloured pigment resign. All the attachments is through nylon clamps only.
2 FRP Stairs case.
The ladder shall be made up of the fibre reinforced plastic with a thickness of 4mm. It should have reinforcement to maintain strength and avoid bending.
3 FRP Curve Slide
It is made up of 4mm thickness fibre reinforced plastic.
4 Rainbow Ladder.
It is 5’ long in height, the main frame of ladder is made up 20 NB G.I.Pipe and risers are made up of 40 NB G.I.Pipes.
5 Double Swing.
Leg support in 40 NB G.I.Pipe and top pipe is made up of 50 NB G.I.Pipe seat is made up of 10mm reinforced rubbers and G.I.Pipe should be rubber coated and movement with Nylon Clamps at top.
6 Bubble Panel.
The railing is provide to all decks for safety and it is made up of LLDPE.
7 Stearing Wheel.
