M&L for complete servicing and repairs of split type Air-conditioner 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity including taking down of air-conditioner. Servicing complete, cleaning of evaporating coil, condensor coil with CTC, blower, blower motor base tray, drain hole, cleaning of poly-propelene pad, oiling to fan/blower motor, checking of wiring connections, terminals, capacitors, relay, selector switches, thermostat etc and refixing the same in position and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of base tray of window type A/C 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity unit including the following :- (i) Removing of compressor, condenser, wiring kit from base tray. (ii) Fixing of new base tray having all fitting/ fixture to accommodate all accessories made out of MS sheet 2.0mm thick duly painted. (iii) Refixing of compressor, condenser coil, copper tubes by brazing etc. (iv) Carrying out the nitrogen pressure testing of whole system & holding the nitrogen pressure for 24 hour. (v) Carrying out the vacuumising & gas charging to unit. Gas will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for shifting of window type AC 1.5 TR cap any make as directed by Engineer-in-charge including making hole, arresting air leakages and connecting and testing including making good disturbed surfaces. Note :- Refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for shifting of split type AC upto 1.5/2 TR as directed by Engineer-in-charge including making hole, arresting air leakages, connecting and brazing copper pipe and insulation and connecting and testing including making good disturbed surfaces. Note :- Refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for dismantling and replacement of hermatic sealed compressor factor reconditioned single phase electrically operated on 230V, suitable for the following :- (a) 1.5TR capacity window/ split AC

M&L for dismantling and replacement of hermatic sealed compressor factor reconditioned single phase electrically operated on 230V, suitable for the following :- (b) 2 TR capacity window/ Split AC Note :- (i) All replacement of failed compressors shall accompained by the certificate from the original compressor manufacturer to the effect that the said compressor has been repaired by their authorised service centre and warrenty of not less than one year from the date of repair shall be provided. (ii) Cost is deemed to include carrying out the vacuumising, nitrogen pressure test for 24 Hrs & gas charging to unit. Gas will be measured & paid separately.
