Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity Exc 1000 & n exc 2000 ltrs , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity Exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltrs , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S&F for 25mm bore of tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete into existing tank used as overfow pipes down to earth.

Taking down old existing treatment ( tarfelt ) including cement or cement lime plaster, screed bed, loose concrete etc, any description all as directed by E-I-C.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall etc. fixed with self tapping screws as specified Make: TATA, JSW or equivalent. Specification of material should conform to MES SSR Part-1 2009, clause no. 11.3, Test certificate is required.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 KG of cement per sq.metre . Make- ACC, lafarge, KC or equivalent. Test certificate of cement is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 4.3 of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

M&L,for 15 mm thick Plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement over roof slab,cement plaster laid in slope all as directed by E-I-C. Make- ACC, lafarge, KC or equivalent. Test certificate of cement is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 4.3 of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

Supply only integral water proofing compound . as approved by E-I-C before use in the work. Make:- STP, IWL, Dr. fixit or equivalent. Test certificate WPC is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 4.8 of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth

M&L for making bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces

M&L for APP modified membrane water proofing treatment on roof slab as specified. (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface apply a uniform coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 liter/sqm till the surface properly impregnated. (c) on this primed surface, applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/sqm over the entire surfaces and then providing a layer of App based of polymeric membrane (Make- STP / IWL or equivalent) weighing 3.0kg/sqm and and minimum 3mm thick. (d) After laying APP membrane, applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/sqm. (e) The overlap between membrane joints shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction. (f) Top most layer of surface finish shall be with 15mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) using chicken wire mesh over entire surface and finished neat. (g) Test certificate of cement and APP membrane is required during sample approved by E-I-C. specifications of material used should confirm to clause no. 11.43 and their sub clause of MES SSR 2009, Part-1.

Taking down SWR pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning and refixing or removal to Store, all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F, 150 mm dia. cast iron bends or elbows, square, or obtuse. Test certificate is required for Cast iron items. Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 11.18 and their sub clause of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 18.27A.1 to 18.27A.4 of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

Cutting holes for Clamp fixing etc. in brick walls built in cement mortar superficial area n. exe.150.00 sqcm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1,as required, all as per specification and all as directed by E-I-C.

S&F, Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes including bolts, if required hooks ( stay),clamps and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 all as directed by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should conform to MES SSR Part-1, 2009 and latest version of IS 206

Trimming of tree branches over hanging over roof including shifting of debris / branches etc. at suitable place as directed by EIC

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brickwall racking out joint's hacking for key and rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (using red moram ).

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, painting two coats of cement paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer all as directed. Make and shade approved by Engineer In Charge before use in the work. (Make Indigo, snowcem india Ltd. or equivalent)

S&F of 3.00 mm sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane

Removal of rubbish, debris, demolised building materials,or excavated material etc. to a distance exe. 1.50 KM but not exc.5.00KM and dipositing where directed at a level n.exe. 1.50m above the starting point Complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.
