Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kgs of cement per sqm all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade prepared with batch maixing machine, as in floors for tanker movememnt, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturer's specification in cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling G.S Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates 6mm thick (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on wall plastered/concrete surface (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
