Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Total Value of CIVIL Engineering works executed and payments received in the last Five Years (Year-wise)

In the case of death of a contractor after executing/commencement of the work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered contractor and willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of work.

The amount put to Tender is exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote without GST

During the time of Technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders.

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.
