Servicing and maint of Central Heating System (Oil fired hot glycol based generator) for maintaining inside condition suitable for human comfort including maint work such as disconnecting, dismantling and strip opening of the plant for repair, de-carbonizing and cleaning internally with wire brush, painting and arresting for any leakage by gas welding, cleaning the exhaust pipe, spare required if any, taking out the broken nut & bolts, reassembling the plant and testing for the following capacity of plants :- (a) Hot water generator 110000 KCal/hr at CMIR Model : WHW-100, Make : Westhern Note : (i) The above quoted rates are also deemed to be included the cost of a skilled technician from reputed company, repair of major parts, replacement of minor parts such as filters, nut bolts, control panel with conventional controls, indication lamps for smooth functioning of oil fired hot glycol generators.

All as per Srl item No. 1.00 above, but plantsot water generator of capacity 100000 KCal/hr at IDSR office & JCO's Mess. Model : AMW-01/449, Make : AQUAMATIC/THERMAX or equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as per Srl item No. 1.00 above, but Hot water generator of capacity 200000 KCal/hr at IDSR OR Line Model : AMW-02/363, Make : AQUAMATIC/THERMAX or equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as per Srl item No. 1.00 above, but Hot water generator of capacity 50000 KCal/hr at B' Mess. Model : AMW-005/454, Make : AQUAMATIC/THERMAX or equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as per Srl Item No. 1.00 above, but Hot water generator of capacity 50000 KCal/hr at Station HQ Bldg.

Servicing and maint of Air conditioning system and AHU of capacity 39 TR, servicing to condensers (3 Nos sets) of 3 x 39 TR, opening the end plates, carrying out the descaling with descaling compound and pull through with nylon brush in each tubes, cleaning thoroughly with water, refixing the end plates to its existing position to ensure leak proof area complete all as specified and/ or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge for maintaining inside conditions as follows :- Temperature 22 degree Centigrade + 2 degree, RH 50% + 5%, and 1.5 air changes. Natural outside ambient condition are Summer temperature +30 degree centigrade, RH 25% to 30 %, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The above quoted rates are also deemed to be included for the cost of a skilled technician from reputed company and replacement of minor parts such as capillaries, voltmeter, ammeter, PCB Control panel, valves, relays, indication lamps, Oil/Gas HP/LP cut-outs, descaling of compressor /condenser and refrigerant pipes etc. for smooth functioning of Air conditioning plant of capacity not less than 39 TR each, as per site requirement complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing, maintenance, cleaning and painting of Central Heating System 250 KW (electric heater based hot glycol generator) for maintaining inside condition as follows :- Temperature 22 degree Centigrade + 2 degree, RH 50% + 5%, and 1.5 air changes. Natural outside ambient condition are winter temperature -20 degree centigrade, RH - Nil, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The above quoted rates are also deemed to be included the cost of a skilled technician from reputed company, repair of major parts, replacement of minor parts such as MS insulated shell, indication lamps etc. for smooth functioning electric heater based hot glycol generators of capacity 250 KW.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the burner assembly of capacity 50000 KCal/hr and transport to authorised company workshop for servicing/ maint including repair to burner assembly and replacement of spares such as nozzles, electrodes, leakage arresting for inlet and outlet pipes and testing complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item Ser No. 8.00 above, but of capacity 100000 KCal/hr.
