ROAD PATH HARD STANDING AND CULVERTS

Demolition of Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete of any thickness in existing road and different layers of sub base as WBM sub base of stone, boulders /broken stone / bricks etc, including removal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 ton capacity power road roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Minimum CBR value as per MORTH specified & IRC to be maintained).

Material and labour for 200mm thick GSB granular sub base (compacted thickness) in two layers of 100mm each of grading as per MORTH specifications & IRC by using mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Two layers of 100mm thick each of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit.

Material and labour for wet mix macadam (WMM) of 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) in three layers ( each layers 75mm thick) compacted separetely with course aggregates of grading as per MORTH specifications spread, rolled and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver only and not by motor grader and tendem vibrator roller/earth compactor of capacity exc 8 tonne and n exc 15 tonne at OMC to achieve min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code on prepared subgrade complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- Three layers of 75mm thick each of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit.

M&L forPerparation of WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) @ 10 Kg per 10 Square Metre with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Premix bituminous, macadam with 70mm consolidated thickness using 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix and using 12 to 25mm gradded crushed preheated stone aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by using mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantily of binder as per design mixed is more than specified quantity. However if approved quantity of binder as per design mix is less than specified quantity, nessary recovery shall be made as specified in PS. 2. The Contractor is advised to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the work after conclusion of contract and shall have to be done as specified above.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thckness with 5.5% (minimum) paving bitumen (VG-30) as a binder by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause no 20.B.2.5.4(e) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with Tandem Vibratory roller and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part I and as directed. Notes:- 1. M&L for continuous With brick edging using full bricks of sub class sub class 'B' old size bricks with width equal to width of bricks laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work, embedding bricksat required depth and temping ground around bricks and removal of surpluss soil to a distance n. exc 50 meter complete all as specified. (each row measured separately).

M&L painting 2mm thick of thermoplast fluorecent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shrd confirming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation surfaces as per manufacturer istructions and according to the specifications laid down by IRC * MORTH (Ministary of Road Transport Highway) specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken linesldashes, arrows etc, on road and other like surfaces exceeding 10cm bot not exceeding 20 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solar delineator with altra bright flashing LEDs polycarbonate and toughened aluminium allot body fitted on MS pipe 50mm dia (approximate 1 meter long) powder coated anti rust fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block 20 x20 x 30cm with necessary fixing arrangement (including excavation of earth) as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for road stud high reflactive lense (two ways) plastic body yellow colour size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm fixed in position with nails and adheshive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 150mm thick (spread thickness) moorum or red bajri, spread, watered rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, with 8 to 15 tonne capacity power road roller as in berms of road complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or in sub base in floors etc comlpete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or in sub base in floors etc comlpete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC M-30 in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams for columns etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 in walls, retaining wall, basement walls and the like; any thickness, above top of of footings; including arches pilasters and buttersses complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns and floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork (rough finish) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam; and similar works; vertical or batter with fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork (rough finish) to faces of walls,retaining walls, abutment, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter with fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork (rough finish) to soffits of suspended slabs as roof slabs landing and similar works; exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) with fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork (rough finish) to edges of concrete flat, break in floors, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete wall, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, (horizontal or sloping) and similar work exc 10 cmm but not exc 20 cm wide with fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete of post column etcc comlpete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block of hold fast, coping including necessary form work comlpete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer comlpete all as specified and as directed

S&F for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished road materials etc retrieved from respective items above (other than soil) to a distance of exceeding 15.00 KM from the starting point (out side defence land) and depositing where suitable permitted disposal point available (Rates are inclusive of, to find permitted suitable disposal point) including cleaning and levelling of demolition area / road formation and surrondings etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking out old unserviceable cable of any size and removing from site all complete as specified and direct ed .

M&L for dry sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable with a layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in tranches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of bricks sub class 'B', laid flat dry in tranches over the cable with the length brick perpendicular to the direction of cable adjoining each other width wise for protection of cable complete all as specifiedand directed

Supply and laying factory made unreinforced precost concrete coble cover class HV, type -I flat of size 300mmxl80mm x40mm laid flat and dry in trenches over under ground cables for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjucent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire armoured electric power (heavy duty) cable with stranded aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core undr\erground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in tranches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls et , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe/fixed to pole/wall, for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe/fixed to pole/wall, for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe/fixed to pole/wall, for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, of size 50 mm bore with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and pole or laid in floors/ tranches / ducts / cculverts or in road ccutting etc for HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring holes under road/pavement / hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine for inserting and including 80 / 100 mm dia bore HDPE pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unservicable brackets from the top of existing street light poles with due care and supply and fixing factory made brackets made out of GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore upto a length of 1.5 mtr includigng 100 mm dia MS pole cap welded, bent to shape, not more than 120 degree, fixed on top of exisiting electric pole, including provision of clamps, nuts, bolts drilling holes etc. and washers for making light serviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pole mounted CPRI approved sheet metal box of 1.6mm thick MS sheet of size 310x210x120mm(inside dimension) including MCB single pole 6 Amps, 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar of size 25mm x3mm thick fixed on procleain post insulators with hinged cover and locking arrangement etc. Powder coated, vermin proof , fixed to electric pole by means of MS flat iron 25 mmx6mm with bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing roadway LED light in versatile pressure die cast aluminium road way luminaire with high power LED with IP-66 Protection of 120 Watt capacity including fixing arrangements clamps, bolts, nuts and brackets etc. Complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 2.5 sqmm 3 core PVC unshearhed copper conductor PVC insulated cable drawn through steel ploe from junction box to street light fittings including removal of street light fitting for cable connection and refixing in its original position after replacement of cable complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping/muff of Existing/New poles, plinth blocks of HT/LT poles in front of out door panel boards etc, including use and waste of necessary form work & fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as speicified and as directed.

M& L for PCC (l :4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electrical poles, strut & stay for out door panel etc, including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed

(iii) the rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the cost of provision fo 24 Volt DC Power Pack for the relays. (iv) any type of civil work required is included in voerall cost quoted by contractor.

Material and labour, earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried directly in groudn vertifically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed alternate layers of charcol to main dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 32mmx6mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1& RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part_I (2009), testing on completion, complete including taking out the existing u/s earthing materials all as specified and directed. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any cost to Govt.

M&L for drilling / cutting of existing CI /GI / DI pipe line any type in any position of size from 80 to 100 mm dia for inserting suitable size of Tee/valves etc fitting and including taking out residual water from the pipe line Note; Earth work shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing of CI/DI fittings like bends of any size any radious and any angle/ taper, any type straight, bend increasing and decreasing or double socket etc, tee pieces single branch piece, Y pieces, double branch piece, cross piece tail, collers, cap, plugs etc socketed or flanged complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing galvanised iron pipe of size 50 mm dia bore (medium grade ISI marked) with all necessary new fittings,fixed to walls / ceilings or laying in floor / tranches/ under hard standing path / road etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for steel TMT bars, 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length , bent to required shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for manholes, set in cement mortar 1:4 etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore Reinforced ccement concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed with collars etc in trench, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm dia sewage pine line including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with g integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing ccompound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Construction of RCC Septic tank (100 users) designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design Mix in walls, base slab, boffale walls and RCC slab including beams etcwith vent shaft, manhole coping with cover connections etc complete all as per Drg No CEAF/STD/st-73/2019, sheet No 1/1

Construction of Sockage well excavation, in any type of soil, foundation, in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonary with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber of brick masonary in Cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M-25/ SFRC cover, inter connecting pipe of RCC/DWC complete filled with bricks bats of of size 6.00 M dia x 3.00 M effective depth complete all as per Drg No CEJZ/STD-301/90, sheet No 1/4 to 4/4.

EARTHWORK AND EXCAVATION :- (Excavation/Earth work wherever required for, shall be measured and paid under following items unless specifically mentioned in the items.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep averaging depth in loose/ soft soil commplete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each in any soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated soil (soft/ loose soil) to distance not exceeding 50m from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil (soft/ loose soil) to distance exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 1.0 Km from starting point, and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
