M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armourd aluminium conductor cable of following size after detaction of fault location .Make:3 M,Denson or equivalent complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and returning filling which require in above job will be measured and paid seperataly.

Complete paint removing from surface of Panel box and M & L for 02 coats of painting with approved colour of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer for size of Panel boxes from all in & out side incl angle iron frame work min 04 Sqm area of sheets including angles canopy and legs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Permission to shutdown of electric supply to the panel to be taken from MES before commencement of work.

Material and labour for renewal of Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit should not less than 4 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.95 mtr deep below normal ground connected to and included copper earth strip 50mmx 6mm by means of copper bolts nuts check nuts and washer returning and filling the pits with excaviated vsoil mixing with charcoal 250 kg crystal salt 200 kg magnisiun sulphate of 100 kg and vegitable soil all around the plate up to 350 mm above from top edge of plate and balence portion filling with excaviated soil in layers not exc 25 mm thick 25 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe up to top of plate 50mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil pcc pit with cover ,funnel,with wire mesh complete all as specied and directed. M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation,fillinf and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old PCC and M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/ coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnection of LT panel incl LT cables of size upto 120Sqmm X 3.5/4core from existing foundation and reconnection with same panel after taking necessary corrective action to lift the panel height incl excavation and taking down existing cable with loop, providing new AL lugs and cable gland of appropriate size,insulation tape etc to restore electric supply incl necessary iron work to modify height of existing LT panel upto 1.2 Mtrs above existing level incl necessary welding work,nuts & bolts and 2 coat of paint with existing color over one coat of primer and required necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: PCC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Trimming/prunning and removing of tree branches or any other forein objects from LT /HT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering and stringing the ACSR conductor etc.

taking out old UNSV plate earthing any type Material and labour for bore well earthing with the help of mechanical boring machine of 150mm dia 30mtr depth, supply and fix 150 mm bore , UPVC pipe 6 kg/sqcm rating, 06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01no including charcoal dust, salt fill in bore well for achieve earth conductivity less than 1 ohm. M&L for covering of bore well mouth with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1/Brick masonry pit of size 45x45x45 cm complete and give the mimimum earth test result below 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil. (ii) Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge. Record shall be maintained.Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results. (iii) GI pipe electrode and GI strip shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply & lowering of GI tubing 50mm dia medium grade in incl necessary fittings for lowering in borewell of depth upto 30 mtr and providing necessary holes in pipe to achieve good earth conductivity complete all as specified and directed.
