Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for One No 26 Passenger(G+2) Omega Make Lift installed inside Govt Bone & Joint Hospital, Srinagar The Job includes preventive breakdown replacement /Repairs of lift components such as rollers.belts, bearings,solenoids coils brake shoes liners contactors,contact relays,push buttons,indicator,.controllers magnetic switches,door operator motor,limit switches.governors,door operator VVVF drive interlocks on hoistway doors and other electro mechanical parts etc The job includes Servicing of 26 passenger lift installed at Govt Bone & Joint Hosiptal srinagar by way of oiling and greasing of the equipment after removing dust and dirt from them. The job includes P/F of door shoes in place of damaged door shoes. The job also include removing of all landing doors from the frame assembly and reinstalling them. The job further includes providing of consumable items required for carrying out of such job .The Job also includes topping up required rating oil in the gear box. The job also includes replacement of damaged tube light/LED lamps of the car cabin besides replacement of all damaged push bottom of COP/LOP if any.The job further includes complete cleaning of the machine room disposing of dust from the premesis of the office,checking and repairing the all the electro mechanical parts installed in the machine room besides replacing bulb damaged wire, fuses fitted in the machine room.
