Work of Day to day shifting and installation of pumps at West Zone sump (PnH, Forest Patch, UK Sadbhav) of Gevra project for a period of 365 days.

Amount

Loading, unloading, transportation and stacking/ placement of 12” MS pipes of different sizes as per the instructions of Engineer In charge. (For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Loading, unloading, transportation and stacking/ placement of 10” MS pipes of different sizes as per the instructions of Engineer In charge. (For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Loading, unloading, transportation and stacking/ placement of 8” MS pipes of different sizes as per the instructions of Engineer In charge.(For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Laying and jointing of 12” MS Pipeline including loading & unloading transportation and placement, welding of pipes & cutting and fitting of Packing. (if jointing by Nut-bolt). (Gas, Welding electrodes, and Welding Machine will be supplied by contractor) (For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Laying and jointing of 10” MS Pipeline including loading & unloading transportation and placement, welding of pipes & cutting and fitting of Packing. (if jointing by Nut-bolt). (Gas, Welding electrodes, and Welding Machine will be supplied by contractor) (For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Laying and jointing of 08” MS Pipeline including loading & unloading transportation and placement, welding of pipes & cutting and fitting of Packing. (if jointing by Nut-bolt). (Gas, Welding electrodes, and Welding Machine will be supplied by contractor) (For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Mechanical Shifting of pump – motor set Dismantling & shifting of pump motor set from bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non-return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe etc. (Gas, Welding Machine and welding electrodes will be supplied by contractor. Vehicle and Crane for loading, unloading & shifting will be provided by department.)

Electrical Shifting of pump motor set - shifting of starter panels, cables, lighting panel including handling from store/ workshop to site, manually loading and unloading works, end preparation, fitting of lugs, cable connection at pole, starters, motor ends including earth clamp & cable glands etc. (Vehicle for loading, unloading, and shifting will be provided by the department.)

Installation of pump motor set on bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non-return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe etc. (Gas, Wleding Machine and welding electrodes will be supplied by contractor. Vehicle and Crane for loading, unloading & shifting will be provided by department.)

Dismantling of 12” MS pipeline including shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading transportation and placement/placement as per instructions of Engineer I/c. (Gas will be supplied by contractor. For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Dismantling of 10” MS pipeline including shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading transportation and placement/placement as per instructions of Engineer I/c. (Gas will be supplied by contractor. For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Dismantling of 8” MS pipeline including shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading transportation and placement/placement as per instructions of Engineer I/c. (Gas will be supplied by contractor. For transportation of pipe, departmental vehicle will be provided)

Labour cost for fitting 200 mm dia Non – return value/ Foot Valve only (including cost of nut and bolt and welding, excluding cost of value and flange)

Labour cost for fitting C.I. sluice valve with cap complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) 200 mm dia Class II

Labour cost for fitting 250 mm dia Non return value/ Foot valve only (including cost of nut and bolt and welding, excluding cost of value and flange)

Labour cost for fitting C.I. sluice valve with cap complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) 250 mm dia Class II

Labour cost for fitting 300 mm dia Foot Value only (including cost of nut and bolt and welding, excluding cost of value and flange)

12” Flange welding works/ complete jointing work after necessary cutting with Gas and welding works. (Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor).

10” Flange welding works/ complete jointing work after necessary cutting with Gas and welding works. (Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor.)

08” Flange welding works/ complete jointing work after necessary cutting with Gas and welding works. (Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor.)
