WBM Grading - III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 including cost of bitumen (VG-10), (MoRD Sl. No.-5.2 and Specification No.-503), (Including Labour Cess and cost of Bitumen VG-10), (GST will be paid extra as applicable). .

20 mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat including cost of bitumen (VG-10) as per MoRD Techincal Specification clause 508 (MoRD Sl. no. 5.9 and Specification no. 508), (including Labour cess, royalty and cost of Bitumen VG-10) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Seal coat type "C" Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades including cost of bitumen as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 510 (MoRD Sl. no. 5.12 and Specification no. 510), (including Labour cess, royalty and cost of Bitumen VG-10) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).
