M&L for Cleaning of all blockage of existing manhole and any sewage lines of any internal dia 100mm/150/160/200mm, any depth through manually/mechanical appliances and making sewer line functional blockage of bathroom/toilet kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps, blockage of WC Indian or European washing thoroughly grating of trap,CI/PVC waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes,removing all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI or UPVC pipes upto first manhole, Cleaning of CI/ PVC pipes of any dia from first floor to ground floor upto trap and Ist manhole along the wall, floor at any depth inciuding manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by manually or through mechanical appliances as requierd at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materals from connecting manholes deposited in sewar line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its original postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material in foul condition from sewage lines and manholes in same line is incl. in rate of this item and rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- (a) Contractor/supervisor take complaints by any medium of comunication from JE concerned all day and ensure to resolve all complain. with in same day

(b) Contractor shall make himself aquainted with the area & the complain received daily in general.No claim however shall be entertained in regard to any incorrect assesment or increase in complains due to unforescen reason. (c) All complains need to be cleared with in same day only. (d) No payment shall be made for Sundays & holidays. However department shall not give major work on these days and only major work requiring full day job of one mazdoor is required than department shall allow leave on another day in compensation. No extra claim,however,shall be entertained in this regard. (e) Contractor will deploy sufficent mazdoor(skilled or unskilled) daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above.The details of the mazdoor shall be submitted by the contractor to AGE (I) through Engineer-in-Charge.Insurance of mazdoor within 15 days commencement of work along with insurance from Govt Agency. Mazdoor will report daily or as required to Supervisor who will distribute complain after taking JE incharge from Subdivison at 0900 hrs and depart after attending all complaints. Incase of non attending complaints in same day ,recovery @650 per complaint will be recovered from contractor. (f) The contractor shall provide adequate tools,plants,clothing kit etc to rectify the complaints. (g) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited & dispose suitably all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning/dewatering/bailing out of existing septic tank/soakage well/manholes/lines and de-sluding /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by removing the manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure/pumping machine as requierd making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge at site, from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materals from connecting manholes deposited in sewar line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its oiginal postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is incl. in rate of this item complete all as specified and directed . The sludge shall be carried away in seawage carring tanker of minimum capacity 1500 litre

Note:- (a) The contractor shall bailout entire blocked sewage in septic tank,soakage well,line etc and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Contractor shall make himself aquainted with the area & the complain received daily in general.No claim however shall be entertained in regard to any incorrect assesment or increase in complains due to unforescen reason. (c) Contractor will deploy sufficent mazdoor(skilled or unskilled) to attend complaint as mentioned above. Incase of non attending complaints sufficent time as decided by Engr-in-Charge but not more than 3 day ,recovery @ 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor. (d) The contractor shall provide adequate tools,pressure pump for cleaning blocked lines and pumping bailing out machine & storage tank for sludge. (e) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited & dispose suitably all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old damaged SGSW/PVC/RCC pipes of any size/dia from existing lines and necessary excavation work/RFR/removal of earthwork.

S&F, 160mm bore, PVC (SWR) drainage pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as in laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) drainage pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as in repair, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item 7 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface and description including raking out joints Hacking for key scrubbing down with water, M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Orissa patern) of size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anty syphonage pipe etc. and including 'P' and 'S' trap complete incl making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan and trap, (pedestal pattern) including fixing bolts, 'P' and 'S' trap and connecting to drain pipe, including white seat cover plastic flat bottom and MS Chromium plated hinging device and connection to flush pipe, anti symphonic pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) complete incl providing and fixing plugs, beddding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plug with and including 60mm long brass screw, pointing around urinal back in cement; including waste pipe,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin white of bowl size 550x400mm including waste coupling and waste pipe PVC 32mm dia to be fixed over mild steel bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair low level 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless symphonic action type flusing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve float ovel handle including 32mm dia PVC flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper aloy ISI marked with crutch or butter fly handle high pressure screwed down for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore angle valve chromium plated screwed down fancy type high pressure screwd both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F in repair centre hole basin / Wall mixture valve, cast copper alloy fancy type 15mm brass chromium plated mixer (central hole basin mixer w/o pop up waste system) for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe, complete all as specified

M&L for disconnecting existing tank, setting side for reparing cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths circulating pipes and housing in same position of capicity upto and including 500 ltrs and endrosed the word " CLEANED WITH DATE" complete all as specified.

S&F for PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia for low level flushing cistern/ PVC waste pipe 32mm dia, 60 cm long for WHB with cup, fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC Bends (any radius),complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling/sunken floor and mass concrete, all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing,cover slab etc including necessary formwork set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of ₹ 1,625.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
