Oil free Scroll Air compressor Supply,Installtion, testing & commissioning of Oil free scroll air compressor with FAD capacity shall be 1060LPM(1.06 M3/min). The maximum working pressure shall be 10 bar. The unit supply with electrical control panel, NRV silencer, cooler, controller etc with all respect. The PCC foundation require for the compressor, foundation bolts, MS frame, all the necessary hardware etc related to Civil work is in the scope of contractor. Electrical panel with all necessary cabling is in the scope of contractor. The motor should be IP-55 rating.
Refrigerated Air Dryer Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of 85 cfm, run on single phase, 230V, 50Hz with eco friendly gas. The Dryer supply with General purpose proction filter and High Efficiency oil removal filter suitable for above mentioned air compressors as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.
Vertical Air Receiver Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Air receiver of 0.5M3as per the IS 2825 and IS 2062 GR B. The air receiver shall be supply with all necessary safety valves, gauges Auto and Manual Drain valves etc. with all necessary hardware and foundation with require civil work as per instruction and as directed by OIC-ES
Piping Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of interconnecting piping with Isolation valves, Pressure regulator and all necessary hardware, supports etc to be connect to the existing header line of Air compressor as per instruction and as directed by OIC-ES
Electrical Power/control panel Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of rated Design electrical MCCB control panel of cubicle type with IP 65 outdoor type for above mentioned equipment’s. All wire/cables should be make of poly cab. The interconnecting cable should be laid on perforated type cable tray. Note:- The price include Electrical panel, control cable from equipment to electrical panel, cable tray , support and necessary hardware etc.
